Very disappointed with Optimus Law. My DV case was completely mishandled by Rubina, Mehreen, and Maryam. They submitted incorrect information to the Home Office and failed to properly manage important details in my application. Because of their mistakes, my case became stressful and complicated. I trusted them with a sensitive matter, but I did not receive the professional support I expected. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before using this firm for immigration or DV cases.
I had one of the worst experiences with Optimus Law. Communication was poor from the beginning, and every time I asked for updates, I received unclear answers or no proper response at all. Rubina, Mehreen, and Maryam handled my DV case carelessly and provided wrong information to the Home Office, which negatively affected my situation. A DV case requires accuracy, professionalism, and empathy, but sadly I experienced none of these.
I regret choosing Optimus Law for my DV case. My case was badly managed by Rubina, Mehreen, and Maryam, and I felt ignored throughout the process. Important details were either missed or wrongly submitted, creating unnecessary stress and delays. Instead of helping me during a difficult time, they made the situation worse. I would never recommend this firm to anyone dealing with immigration or domestic violence matters.
Extremely unprofessional experience with Optimus Law. The team handling my DV matter did not seem organised or careful with my documents and information. Rubina, Maham, and Maryam provided incorrect details in my case, and I constantly had to chase them for answers. Clients trust legal representatives with serious and life-changing matters, but I felt unsupported and let down throughout the entire process.
I would not trust Optimus Law again after my experience. My DV case was handled poorly, and the mistakes made by Rubina, Mehreen, and Maryam caused me serious stress and anxiety. Wrong information was submitted to the Home Office, communication was weak, and there was very little accountability for the problems they created. I expected professional legal support but instead experienced confusion, delays, and frustration.

I have been working as a country expert for Optimus Law and must say the way how I was treated after I submitted my final report was appalling. I did not receive payment for my report and over many months my requests via mail and phone were not answered. Robina Shaw several times promised to "pay me next week" or so; it never happened. I never had such an experience with any other UK-based law firm and must say that Optimus Law seems crooked to me.

Unreliable service.
I was sorry to attempt to use their service for a consultation. Response is not speedy enough. Appointments are not quick enough. IT failure happened from their side on meeting day. Although they offered an option to reschedule on another day, i was in a harry to get a consultation and did not want to wait further. I asked for a refund, but they are reluctant to do, not responding to my emails anymore.

The staff is always kind and supportive !
They did their best to help me explain my situation,so that they can act accordingly (since English is not my first language )

Great in the advice stage and full of optimism and promise for you and any work. When they get there commission they do wash their hands of you despite those numerous false promises…. Just say you don't care from the off to save time and numerous correspondence and allow the customer to chat with who can impact a decision. And they say they are associated with money supermarket!!!!! Hmmm…….Avoid guys, get a quote that may be a bit more to start with than get sucked In and have additional cost anyway

We were fortunate to pick the best law firm dealing with UK Settlement. Omar was our caseworker and helped, supported and communicated with us throughout. In a matter of two months we received the good news that we wanted. Omar......you are a STAR !

Optimus law has done excellent job, representing me in the court. I have received positive response from court and looking forward to take next step after legalising my status.

However, it took us almost 1.5 year to get final hearing date due to request of documents by court and mainly because of Covid-19.

During this entire period optimus law was very supportive, cooperative, and responsive. Their team is very hard working and understanding.

I found Optimus Law online and rang them to see if they could help my sister get a fiance visa to marry in the UK. They were very helpful in explaining what she needed to do and i decided to use them for the application.
I was not disappointed as she got the fiance visa first time and then the spouse visa fantastic job we had no problems at all. Thank you very much especially to Ms Robina Shah for all of your hard work.
