so unsatisfied with my experience with this website even tho i ordered twice, the first order most of the items i ordered were to big and it was my fault bc i was a scared to order it true to my size and the other part of the order the items were poor quality and completely different than the product pictures on the website and when i contacted customer service they ignored me for a couple if days and then just said (we cant do anything we dont have a return policy)

second order when i ordered true to my size and made sure that the product description was good and the measurements were accurate the product came to small bc it wasn’t the description was not true and i still contacted support and sent them pictures of the measurements being off the still ignored me and didn’t offer any help or compensation when u r a small business u should try ur best to keep ur customers satisfied not the opposite i understand they dont have a returning address yet but at least offer me any sort of compensation to or help in any way moral of the story dont waste ur hard earned money on a place that doesnt care for the satisfaction of their customers

Non existent customer service. No replies to any emails regarding my order. They also have a link to their Whatsapp in their instagram for order inquiries, but also no responses.

The website Optionqaaf.com has changed its product descriptions, does not accept returns, and has terrible customer support—no one responds to inquiries. Additionally, most of their product sizes are inconsistent.
