The same as everyone else. They said they would deliver a better product and then no communication at all. Something needs to be done about this shameful company. They were happy to take payment immediately though. They don't deserve even 1 star.

Same as all the other reviews, I placed my order back in September 2023, various emails regarding delay in delivery/customs problems and now it is complete radio silence, not answering emails and the website looks like it has been taken down. I paid via debit card so have filled in a report with the bank, hoping to get a refund. UPDATE: Since writing this review I have had a full refund through my bank so if you have been affected it's worth putting in a report with your bank.

Taken momey delay after delay promised loads fee bits. Didn't get anything.

Scam! Taken my money and no product! Website now not working and the same with emails! Shocking fraud

Ordered on 24th September still nothing, last reply to an email was 5 weeks ago, another scam!!!!

Failed to deliver item and have not refunded

Ordered an ice bath and after confirmation received a email from co founder Sam that the order would aim to be shipped in 4-6weeks. Well that was in September and I am still waiting for an update even after contacting the company twice via email.
Will be going to trading standards next and reporting this scam.

Ordered in September. Never received it. Numerous emails and NOTHING!!!! Disgraceful

Took 4 Months to arrive.
Air valve is non condusive with cold air..very cheap construction.

Absolute rip off

BEWARE. Item never arrived. Took payment of £80 & never returned emails to order query. Bank are now investigating through fraud dept & money returned through my own bank. Urge you not to order.

They are now insolvent. Check your junk mail boxes if you cant find the emails.

Just received an email to say they're now technically insolvent as their stock has been confiscated at customs. They won't be fulfilling orders (mine was made 25th Sept). Contact your bank or credit card to try and arrange a charge back.

Had the same issue as everyone else. Multiple emails and no item received. I did pay through Klarna over three payments. I was able to pause my third payment before it was taken and I raised an issue with my bank directly and they refunded me in less than 12 hours. I simply put the details of the company but referred to the Klarna transactions in the claim form. Hope this helps anyone who also bought through Klarna.

Absolute rip off merchants who should not be supported by Klarna, also not sure who I pursue for a refund as paid through Klarna who have also not responded professionally to this issue.

I’ve had a very similar experience as most others. It’s either a scam or they’ve over reached and can’t fulfill orders. Had no responses to my emails so will have to go through the hassle of talking to the bank to get my money back. What a shame, seemed like a good product. Looking at the website I think the pods come from Canada but who knows.

Exactly as others described- ordered in September, emailed re the customs delay in October and heard nothing and no response to email and no number to call. Paid with klarna instead of PayPal for the first time so if anyone does get any refund please post how so we can all share as klarna haven’t been too helpful yet either !

Exactly the same experience as the other reviewers. No sign of the product 2 months later and no comms from the seller since they offered the upgrade.

No product….ordered 6 weeks ago had many emails telling me about delays offering free upgrades but still no product please help!?
