Absolutely awful. The package came late and only 2 of the 4 items were in there. Expensive and gutted as for my daughter’s birthday and she had recommended the company although never used before. I placed my 2nd order with Opulent Vogue on October 15th, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The first order was great along with a good quality item hence I wanted to purchase more. The website stated that delivery would take 4 to 7 days, but it’s now been several weeks with no updates or tracking information
I was charged £53.58 and despite sending multiple emails, and thru TikTok as well I have not received any response from their customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company, as communication and delivery seem completely unreliable. If the delivery times are longer be honest and we would wait but to be left totally in the dark and the ear were ordered for birthday presents is very poor service .

Beware — Still Haven’t Received My Order and No Response from OpulentVogue
I am extremely disappointed with OpulentVogue Jewellery. I placed an order worth £51.65, and despite several attempts to contact the company, I still haven’t received my order.
After my initial review of their poor service, the company responded, stating that they would resolve the issue if I provided my email address and order number, which I did immediately. However, since then, no one has replied or taken any action to send my order.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I now suspect that this company may be unreliable or even fraudulent. Please be careful before spending your money here. I feel completely let down and hope others don’t go through the same situation.

Possibly scammers… dont order!
I made a purchase with them 2 weeks ago. 2 days later I received a notification saying my parcel was dispatched to royal mail. The delivery page said it should take 4 days to get to me. However, on my royal mail tracking it says the company has not sent it them, and they are waiting to get it. After seeing other reviews, I’m concerned I am being scammed and won’t receive my stuff. I spent nearly £100 and it is meant for a friend’s birthday.

I ordered from them over a month ago and even though delivery was said to take 2-7 buisness days, i’ve recieved nothing. Their website says my package was “delivered,” but I never got anything- no text, no pickup point, no post office slip. I’ve emailed them several times and still haven’t gotten a single reply. It’s honestly super disappointing. The site looks professional, but the way they handle orders feels sketchy since they take your money and disappear. I just want either my order or my refund, nothing complicated. Posting this so others don’t fall for it too. Be careful if you’re thinking about ordering from them.

Worst customer service!
I am incredibly frustrated with my experience ordering from Opulent Vogue. I placed an order for £50 worth of jewellery three weeks ago, with an expected delivery date this week. However, my order still hasn’t arrived.
When I try to check my order status, the system keeps showing an error message telling me to “try again” - which is completely unhelpful when I’m trying to find out where my purchase is.
I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company through email and have sent several messages via their TikTok account, but I have received absolutely no response.
At this point, I have no idea if my order is even being processed, if it’s lost, or if I’ve just wasted £50. For a company selling products online, basic communication and order tracking should be the bare minimum.
I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Opulent Vogue

If i could give 0 stars i would. They claim its waterproof / tarnish free. My ring has discoloured after washing my hands twice. Its false advertisement and such a scam. How can i company have this many bad reviews. To too it off i send the costumer service team an email , i got 1 reply and not hear from them since. Its been over a week. Waste of money and time.
I contacted their customer service on 23rd June, to return some products as the hold on the two items did not match.
I chased them for a reply and on 1st July they said they were investigating the matter. Did not acknowledge they I wanted to return the items. Since then I have contacted them on more than one occasion but have received no reply. Waste of money! Completely ridiculous!!!!

Please be careful when ordering from this company. Their customer service is dreadful & delivery is very, very slow.
When I finally got my items, one necklace was very poor. It was the initial Cuban choker. The links attached to the letters are at the bottom of the letters. This means that the weight of the letters are at the top. The first time I wore this necklace today it gave me problems in that every time I moved, the weight caused the letters to flip upside down. Also, the link attached to the ‘P’ is misshapen and does not lie flat like the other links. I contacted them but they have not got back to me at all
