Welsh Water use Opus Trust Marketing and both companies think so little of their client and customers they use TheirSupplierName/MyBill-Supplier
as the web address.
In these days of phishing and spoofing that looks pretty shabby. Not interested why but OFWAT should surely have an opinion.
The Opus / Welsh Water system lags a minimum of 48 hours behind the real billing system and Welsh Water are fine with that.
To me it makes the system so confusing as to not really be fit for purpose.
For a company that has a blue chip client you would think that the website they manage would work. If you go on to their own actual website it times out. Not professional at all.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
