I returned a product and opted to receive a gift card, which I am unable to apply to a current subscription. I have emailed the company several times to resolve this and now have left a follow up voicemail (in which they tell you to get a quicker response via email) Very frustrating. If I cannot use the card on my current subscription, then kindly refund to my credit card.
