Worst company I ever dealt with

Worst company I ever dealt with
I had the worst experience dealing with a company. I am in a 3-week visit to Egypt. Went to a branch in Gezeret Badran, shoubra and paid LE 215 for a line and data that includes 2000 min and internet. Was told it we’ll be active in one hour. 3 hour later, went back to the store and was told to give it few minutes. 20 hours later, second day, still without a line. I Went back to the branch and was told it was the company problem.
After two hours of frustrating discussion with the employe, he offered me a replacement line that would work right away. I took the new line and left. It worked for a minute and found out that has no balance to make any call. I used the hotel phone to call the person in the store who told me I had no balance because the money I paid was for the line that did not work and they took. In short. They stole the 215 pound and gave me frustration and wasted 2 days of my trip

Orange kiosk in hurghada airport

We bought a 26gb data card from hurghada airport at a orange kiosk just after arrivals, its the first time i had bought one so didnt really know what they was doing but they activated the card then put it into my mobile wifi dongle. It worked brilliant and we was happy with the signal until 6 days into our 2 week holiday it stopped working. I went onto orange egypt website and started a chat session with one of there operators, it turns out the 26gb card i had bought was in fact a 16gb card and orange cannot refund for whatever reason which wasnt clear. Dont buy from the orange kiosk at hurghada airport.

Orange Egypt is the Worst

I wanted to Join Orange Customers list. but instead i am going to cancel that POOR service i have been trying to have more the 30days ago.

I requested to add orange ADSL service on my line in Egypt on May 18th 2019 and paid for the service May 20th 2019 they told me maximum 1 week and the service is going to be working.

since that date i did not get anything and kept calling asking why i did not get the router or the service, they said at the beginning the problem is in your line you have to call your phone supporter to remove any restriction on your line. i called my phone company and they said all is fine and nothing is stopping you from having internet service.
Then they said OH we have updates ruinning on our system that is why we saw that message sorry. we will subimt a request and the serivce will be ready within one week.

i called again and they said again that my line is having restrictions! (OMG) and they cannot provide the service i told the agent no my line is good and you told me that before but my LINE IS GOOD. He said oh yes it appears good now!! and service is in process you should have the router in 2 days.

every 2 days i kept calling and every agent answer me says 2 days and when i ask to talk to a manager they say he is busy and will call you back in maximum one hour and no one ever called me.

that scenario kept happening every time i call the useless customer service number 16333.
They answer giving me no clue what will happned and when i asked to speak to a manager they told me he will call you and no one ever called me.

Today June 25th! I receive TP-link Router while I was promised to receive Huawei router!.
I called them to make sure I got the correct one and to set it up so I can finally start using the service but guess what. i did all steps but I still have no internet access.

Again I asked to speak to a manager or someone who can explain to me what is going on but no one called me and no service.

Every time i call they tell me we had updates on the system and now it is ended and everything should be fine now.

Every time they refuse to let me talk to a manager and no manager called me back.

Every time i have to wait at least 30 min on hold till someone answers me from customer service .

Last time i refused to hang up and asked to be transferred to available manager they said we will transfer you i waited one hour on hold and no one answered.

I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR THAT S..T!!!!

I have never been though that hell with any company in my entire life.
You should treat your client like you care and with respect.
I need a feedback ASAP.

Orange Egypt is the worst place. Do not trust their word!!
