Join My Offer 360 Degree (OrangeToolz) as Web Developer on 1st June 2023. HR convinced me to join there at current salary, he told me increment will be in six months but I will personally try to increment for you in three months. After three months when I talked to him he said increment in three months only for extraordinary performers. Well, I don't know what you mean by extraordinary performance because my team leader and team were satisfied with my performance. I spoke to him again after six months but he told me the same thing again and said increment is after one and a half years of joining, I then asked him then why did you join me here saying three or six months then he kept silent. I report the matter to the team leader who talks to senior HR and CEO about the matter. There were many others in this list not only me. Sr. HR calls a meeting with us and tells us that the increment will be given not along with the salary but will be given together after 6 months, everyone agrees to this proposal. They deducts money from our salary without informing us. When asked why the money was deducted, the answer was for the provident fund, for which no document or slip is provided to us. So where is our money going? Now they are taking all the main certificates from the freshers who are joining the office, this is a total scam, they will keep them here and they won't get any increment, already many are such victims. There is no coffee facility in the office, if anyone goes downstairs to have tea or coffee, they have to take permission from the team leader or HR, otherwise they will be held accountable. Extra work is forced every day but no extra payment will be made for it. Sometimes you have to work in weekend, no payment is made, no leave is given afterwards. The condition of dining and kitchen here is very bad, they are not cleaned properly. The team leaders here are robots, they always work on one side, they do not talk about employee's rights, if the CEO imposes something false on an employee, they support it.Fed up with
everything on 28th of last month I decided not to work here anymore, for which I sat in a meeting with everyone including the CEO. There the CEO agreed and said that I should resign on that day, the language of his mouth is very slum. Accordingly I resign, they deducted my one month salary 30 thousand and 4 month increment 20 thousand. Before this I have worked in two other software firms and never faced such a bad experience. Looking at the curriculum here, it seems that it is not a software firm, it is a garment factory. A recurring question in my mind is what kind of family background or environment do they come from to survive by killing others money, because I believe that we inherit these things genetically.
