I was unhappy with the quality of the books I bought from Orangutan Books.
The print on some of the pages seems to have run. I complained and was told that this was part of the artwork.
Orangutan Books then blocked me from their website.
Thank you for your response (below). however you say that I have not been blocked from your website and this is not true. I have taken a screen shot of the message telling me I have been locked out and another screen shot of being blocked from emailing you to be unblocked. I dont see an option to attach but I can email them to you.
I have received many emails from you but I am blocked from your website.

We have not blocked you from our website, on the contrary, our customer service team has been emailing with you today in an effort to try and resolve your query. As you note, what you thought were ink smudges, are part of the textured art we used on this book. We have passed your feedback on to the creative team to consider in the future, but this was not a print error. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our books, and consider them great value for a personalised keepsake gift.
