So far Orbis has been wonderful. Reaching out every step of the way and today Julian was able to get us an early check in upon our first arrival as it’s very early and we will be tired! Can’t thank him enough!!

This is in regard to our recent trip to the four Scandinavian Capitals from April 19th to May 2nd, 2026.

We were skeptical when initially booking this trip. Firstly, we had never dealt with Orbis Vacations before, and secondly, Orbis offered to look after a number of arrangements that we normally do ourselves (like checking us in for all flights, arranging transfers).

We have to say that this was one of our best trips ever. We were impressed by the way Orbis had arranged everything for us. Flights were very good, check-ins were completed on time, transfers were arranged with some very professional drivers (with one minor exception), the hotels arranged for us were excellent and all the tours were very well done with very knowledgeable tour guides. Throughout our trip, an Orbis representative was always available when we had a question or concern.

We would like to express our appreciation to the Orbis staff for helping us have a most memorable vacation. We will definitely consider Orbis Vacations for future travel adventures. We would especially like to thank Tim, Steve, Alwin, Julian, Ella, Leo, Simon, Peter, Victor, Devin, Benjamin, Vivian, Alice and John. This long list of Orbis staff all contributed to giving us an absolute wonderful vacation. Thank you, everyone.

My trip to Malta & Gozo was well planned, good administration and effective communication. The Waters Edge hotel in Pretty Bay inMalta, was right on a lovely beach, and the Grand Hotel in Gozo was stunning and overlooked the marina, so close to the ferry and for boat trips to Comino. Thanks to Tim and all staff at Orbis!

This is our second time booking a trip with Orbis and we are totally satisfied with the whole process. Annie was absolutely great to work with and completely made the process easy and quick. She was helpful, professional, friendly and really nice. 100% happy with her and Orbis.

We chose Orbis for the first time to travel to Cambodia and Vietnam. Penny helped us book the trip and did a great job of communicating when we needed to change the dates and opted for changes in the flight home. While on the trip, Benjamin and Alwin assisted with the minor bumps in the road that comes up with travel. They helped when tour companies wanted to change our set times for earlier ones, when one of our transfers didn't show up at the airport to pick us up, and when a hotel kept telling us we didn't have breakfast included with our room when we did. The company handled all the flight check-ins so we had boarding passes before heading to the airport.
The only suggestion I would make is to have a food arrangement when there are early tour pickups and the hotel breakfast is not open yet. We were pretty hungry a couple times when having to wait for a lunch stop. When we traveled to Peru, the company we used had boxed food items at the front desk prepared by the staff. It was simple, but we had something on our stomachs since we paid for breakfast.
I would recommend Orbis to anyone looking for well-priced, reliable travel.

Benjamin was very helpful in booking adjoining seats so my son and I can be seated together on the outgoing and incoming flights. He was also very polite and respectful. I appreciated his attitude.

Julian was very kind and well professional. He explain me everything with excellent knowledge, he really help me to book my flight seats and my special meal plans.

Julian responded immediately when we weren’t able to check in for our return flight. He checked us in, emailed the boarding passes, and called to confirm we got them. Excellent customer service and handling of the situation! We really appreciate you Julian!

We booked through Orbis Travels, but due to issues with some travel arrangements, we ended up having to make and pay for some of our own travel plans. After months of trying to resolve the matter, Orbis told us they could not provide a cash refund because their supplier would not reimburse them.

To their credit, they did communicate with us and eventually offered a $100 travel credit as a goodwill gesture. However, since we do not plan to use Orbis again, that credit is not useful to us.

I understand that travel companies may rely on suppliers, but as the customer, we paid Orbis and expected them to stand behind the booking. Being left to pay for our own arrangements and then being offered only a small future credit was very disappointing.

Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking with Orbis Travels again or recommending them to others.

Excellent customer service - 10 minutes after I sent an email with questions about a booked trip, I got a call and all questions were answered within an hour. Kudos going to Simon for the booking, Julian for ongoing customer service.

The trip was mostly well organized and went off without any major incident. When there was an error with the train tickets it was dealt with in a timely fashion. However, did cost us some lost time. We also had a hotel reservation where the name had changed and we were not notified. The other issue was 2 hotels had transportation to the airport and train stations. We did not know about that service as we were not advised. Paul is excellent to work with. They are proficient and professional and patient.

I like Orbis they was so kind and helpful the persons named Mia A Benjamin they were answered all my questions and sent it to me I like or is and next time I’m going to work with them my another travel

Dubrovnik and Split were good locations. Korcula was a beautiful hotel but too far from the ferry port and expensive in taxis. Nice for a couple of days relaxation in an idiotic setting. Overall a good holiday experience. Tim was very helpful
