Steve and Kelly were wonderful to deal with in organizing our trip from Toronto to Gozo and Valletta, Malta. I would highly recommend Orbis and will use them again in future.

We used orbis vacations to book a trip to Bali .We had Benjamin Walker as our booking assistant he was great .Answered all our questions quickly.

The Orbis travel group made booking the holiday a very easy experience.
All our travel and accommodation arrangements were competently handled.
My only complaint was that the holiday cost considerably more than had been been advertised however, I would use them again and try to get a better price.

The whole package was glorious - especially the cruise the whole experience was made very memorable gently sailing up the Nile in glorious weather and company. The food on board was glorious and the preparation. We all agreed that the tour guide ‘Ali’ needs some education on humility and customer care - particularly his arrogance towards women! Plus his insistence on receiving £34 from each passenger at the end of the week! We provided more than advised to the ships crew gratuity and extras beside. We’d have happily given Ali a generous tip at the end, had he not left us behind at the ticket office in the Valley of the Kings - or deprived us of touring time of Egyptian antiquities over him selling postcards with lengthy explanations or taking us to oil or pottery shops!! Or change our itinerary for him to finish with us on the Wednesday!
But the sites and locations were glorious experiences everyone enjoyed except Ali! He had an abrupt demeanour sadly - no matter how he tried. We do follow Egyptian antiquity programmes on the BBC and knowledge matching Ali’s at times. His pronunciation was perfect of course.
We would love to experience it all again but without Ali. And book our own trips. We loved it.
Do check the exact separate payments taken by Orbis as there was a definite variation that I discovered when receiving my credit card payment and final invoice to what I was given over the phone during booking which I wrote down diligently. But I’d do it again. The cabins were really lovely. And very comfortable.

Our tour was planned with additional stops we requested. Questions were answered, by email, whenever we asked. Suggested tours were wonderful.
Ella quickly answered our questions!
Even boarding passes were sent in plenty of time.

Simon from Orbis Travels made our trip from Prague to Vienna and on to Budapest seamless. Using flights, transfers and trains, with two river cruises in Prague and Budapest we thought there would be a hitch somewhere along the way. We were pleasantly surprised that from start to finish, the planning had been second to none. With the trip from Prague to Vienna being 4+ hours, I requested to upgrade our seats to Standard Class, as it would be more comfortable for the longer journey. This was organised by the Orbis team while we were actually in Prague, and the communication was first class. They even managed to recover an error I made while using the Regiojet app. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is not your average tour company. Its more of a bargain, minimalist travel company. Instead of a well organized itinerary, we were sent 23 pages of vouchers (!) (Not even organized into chronological order) and basically told "you're on your own! Phone us if run into a problem."
No matter how much I pleaded for a condensed itinerary to wrap my mind around the multitude of travel, transfers, and accommodation steps, I was either refused or promised and never sent one. After piecing the two weeks together like a jig saw puzzle we noticed some random gaps in the transfers. No reasons or warnings or suggestions. Or explanations. This, of course, caused a fair bit of stress since organization seemed somewhat lacking. Preparing for the worst, but too late to cancel, we dove in anyway and.... Surprise, surprise! Everything worked out great. All the accommodation was great the transfers went off more or less without a hitch and we navigated the gaps fairly easily.
In the end had a great trip at a great price. Hence the 4 stars.
But, beware, you may need to be more active participants in the planning (which to be honest, we like anyways) than you expect.

We just booked a vacation through ORBIS. Over the past week we have been working with Mia Madison on a customized vacation to Thailand. Her service has been outstanding. I would rate Mia’s level of service (professionalism, courteousness and ability to understand the clients needs) as exceptional. If the execution of this trip is done with the same attention to the planning put in by Mia, we will definitely continue to use ORBIS.

Jenny was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Super fantastic not to worry about figuring out flights, booking hotels or transfers between places we’re visiting. And the value compared to costs to book independently was significant. Can’t wait for our trip

We booked a double city break to Rome then train to Venice with Orbis as we saw a deal online. I am quite reserved in booking a holiday over the phone, however we spoke with Kelly at Orbis and she was amazing. She made sure all of the bookings were correct or us and gave advise on our hotels etc. The holiday was incredible we had the best time, the hotels were fantastic as was the food. The travel was smooth and bookings were sent to me well in advance. Highly recommend booking with Orbis.

Booking with Kelly was easy and good experience. Trip to Egypt allinclusive resort was wonderful. The Nile cruise was very interesting, but the boat was in desperate need of updating and the food wasn't great.

This company claimed that cheap vacations aren’t always good and good vacations aren’t always cheap. I did not pay a cheap amount for my trip to far East Asia and from before I even got on the plane I had nothing but trouble they did not inform me about Visa requirements which is the law here in Ontario Canada, and so ensued one problem after another, which they avoided dealing with I have now reported them to travel zoo as they are a vetted company, and they have managed to fenagle 10 days in which to rectify a situation! However it should’ve never gotten to this point they should’ve reimbursed me as they terminated my representative Clive, Which I confirmed with Jasmine, the head of escalations who has been ghosting me incredibly unprofessional! Be aware of this company and beware of travel zoo that is still allowing them to promote on their website

We purchased a package to Singapore and Bali with Orbis Travels. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided and efficiency! Everything was taken care of! all questions&concerns dealt with! Highly recommend! Thank you awesome Victor for all your help! and to the Orbis team!

I'm in Canada and found Orbis Travel in a roundabout way via Travel Zoo from an ad in the Toronto Star. Spoke to Clive and we took a premade European package and added days, stops, tours, etc and customized it to fit what I wanted. He was patient and helpful, and everything worked out well (except I don't recommend having a driver pick me up again from the airport, he left me stranded there and I had to hire a $70 taxi... Just get a taxi when you're ready).
Clive booked me six tours in three countries as well as hotels in four countries, and the train tickets.
I will use them again, great service.
Patricia and Tim were also helpful with paperwork, communication and responding to questions.

Is sure the airline's knew about air show in Singapore.That cause delays in flights.we got rerouted and delayed.adding 9hrs to our final destination.Its you're fault or the airline's but since I booked with you.you should get my upgrade and flight refund for us.

We had a first class holiday with Orbis Travels to Malta and Gozo. Everything went well and the hotels were wonderful. What we found especially wonderful was the staff who were there to help us every step of the way. Steve was exemplary and went way above his job brief helping and explaining how things worked as we are an elderly couple. He also checked we got safely where we were meant to be! He deserves a rise or promotion. We were also helped by a girl , I think her name was Emma who was also very good. We will def use Orbis Travels again. Thank you.

Booked a 3 state USA holiday with Orbis. They were so helpful arranging all the flights and selection of great hotels. Once booked communication was excellent great service from Tim and Russell. Would thoroughly recommend.

Food absolutely beautiful, service good, staff lovely, toilets however are horrendously filthy and lacking in toilet roll- doesn’t fit with the lovely vibe of the restaurant.

Booked a vacation through Orbis Travels to tour Asia.

They were very communicative throughout a s very helpful at building a great experience while travelli g to multiple countries.

When I arrived at the airport for departure had an issue with check in that at first glance seemed to be very serious. When calling Orbis, they were once again very patient and provided info to help. They also followed up multiple times throughout the journey to ensure that we were doing great. Thank you Steve and team. Really appreciated your help throughout.
