I ordered on the 2.3.24 and my order still has not arrived I messaged them on tiktok and they blocked my account don’t waste your money on this bs it’s a scam!!!

I ordered a tracksuit from the 07.03.2024 and all I have heard since is that my order has been processed and will be here within 5 days. I have had no details regarding item dispatched, or anything. That is twice I have been biting by this company previously know as Amoure. I am prepared to update this review if somebody can give me further information or refund me my money. This is a scam

Waste of life waste of time waste of education waste of clothes . these dkheads dont be replying to me emails and shiii . mf all i wanted is the mf tracksuite init but these mf taking the pis and shii untill i got scammed so go and f ur MOMMMMMMM!!!!!!

Exceptional customer service and my tracksuit came in really quick

WOW - what a business. Previously called amoureuk.com - set up for a few months - advertise on social media - amass 4-5000 orders @£50-£150! ( you do the maths). Send a few items out but majority not - don't process refunds. Stealing peoples money, great idea if you can sleep knowing you've stolen - shame on you. Changed domain and website, start again!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Took weeks for the order to come, after stating 1-2 days. Once arrived it was terrible never seen such cheap material in all my life, send back to the address given and has been signed for, has been weeks still no refund no communication since, so have been reported and now trying to get my money back.
Clearly these are people with no empathy and no idea about running a successful business what so ever, only creating a convincing website to get you to part with your money for cheap clothing or a fight to get your money back.
It’s hard to believe there are any genuine good reviews ???
The contact us address's on the website are for office spaces they have no fixed business address’s, and was not the address I got given to send back.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t be fooled by these scammers like me and my son.

Company were previously called "Amoure UK" and they scam people. Ordered on 12th December and was promised a refund after a month of not turning up. No refund given and have been reported to trading standards. Even now im still trying to get a refund! AmoureUK had such bad reviews they've now tried to rebrand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered son a tracksuit 2 weeks before Xmas arrived a week later which I could let go due to time of year.After Xmas I also received an email saying that I was one of 30 people who had won a tracksuit as long as I covered the postage cost.i replied to the email a few times and got instant replies all the way up until I picked my tracksuit and paid the postage and now i cannot get a reply off them for the life of me? Its as if all they wanted was to scam me in to sending them the postage money which I stupidly did and now they're ignoring my emails to which I have sent to 2 different email addresses they claim to be theirs? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THIER CUSTOMERS!!! The best part is I would've been a very good customer as my son actually loves the tracksuit I bought him for Xmas so i would've bought more 🤷🤦

It's such a shame, you try to support small businesses and this is what happens. Ordered the tracksuit as a gift on 5 Dec, had to chase as delivery advertised as 1-2 days days which was not the case, I was told there was an manufacturer issue. Item arrived different to the picture and without the t shirt I paid for. They have not responded to any emails so will have to report to trading standards. I believed I was buying a sale item but was not expecting such cheap quality. The fact that an item is missing and they are choosing to keep my money is a disgrace!

Placed order for hoodie and joggers after Grandson found site in search engine . They sent confirmation email on 7th December stating 1-2 business days delivery . Gave them 7 days then contacted them to be informed that there was a delay of up to 10 business days . Thought ok should still come for Christmas. Many emails later with offers from them of cancelling goods finally arrived today 28th December! Very poor and cheap feeling material with obvious marked rectangle where motif has been ironed onto hoodie and joggers Purchases were made in sale so looks like they don’t accept returns but I will confirm that later . I can’t find any other reviews to see if anyone else has had an issue . In my opinion avoid at all costs
