Using Orbzii took all the stress out of booking our multi-island trip to The Maldives. Loretta from the Customer Happiness Team arranged our itinerary, from Emirates flights and connections, seaplane transfer to the first island (Emerald Fasmendhoo) and then speed boat transfer to the second island (Farrufushi). Everything went like clockwork. Loretta was available

I could not recommend Orbzii more highly, they help organize our short break to the Maldives, they were spot on in every detail. Even when I had difficulty in transferring the money they talked me through the whole process, someone from the team was always at the end of an email or WhatsApp to help or answer questions when needed. A friend recommended we use Orbzii to book our honeymoon and I'm so pleased that we did. The service was unbelievable and the knowledge and expertise from the team helped us plan the most special and memorable trip. We wanted to go to the Maldives but felt overwhelmed with choosing which island to stay on/what to do but Orbzii helped us book an incredible 5* hotel and also suggested some epic excursions. Having a member of the team reachable via Whatsapp was also extremely reassuring, although everything ran so smoothly that we had no need to contact them. We had the most magical time and will definitely be using Orbzii again for future holidays.

Stephen, the Customer Happiness Manager, went absolutely above and beyond with helping us plan our dream roadtrip around Majorca - right down to even booking our rental cars for us! He also found us the most incredible hotels. Couldn't fault it.

The company was brilliant! They had someone who arranged restaurants bookings and entry to exclusive clubs. It was really good being able to arrange this with an actual person via WhatsApp. Great service, thank you!

Review 1 booking our trip was daunting so we downloaded and app for planning a group trip. The best thing about this App is the can we contacted through WhatsApp straight to a Customer Happiness Manager who helped with everything. Some of our passports were out of date and we need specific help with Covid rules and ESTA’s for the US and the best was the morning of the flight they were on WhatsApp to guide us through the app and even checked our flights in for us. Stress free travel is worth a lot at the moment and this agency blew us away with service 100% recommend

Really slick App! We are looking to book our first family holiday in 5 years later on this year, and we've no idea where to start. But having been recommended to Orbzii and their App, its brilliant to flick through destinations and get a really in-depth view of potential places we can go.

We'll definitely be using the App for when we decide where to go and book.

Not being abroad for several years due to personal reasons and on speaking to friends they suggested I tried a company called “Orbzii” A travel company I had little knowledge of but on his recommendation decided to see if they could be of any assistance.
Being one of the “older brigade” I am more used to speaking on the phone than trawling the internet so I rang and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Stephen. He understood our position and said he could help. I explained where we wanted to go, type of hotel, half board and roughly when, we then left it to him. The following day we were offered a flight, accommodation and a full service in lifting our cases and pressures of the airport. Of course the service had to be paid for on top but appeared could be beneficial.
Ar 4pm our cases were by our front door, a chauffeur from Emirates loaded them and we got into the car. Unbelievably a gentleman with a trolley was waiting by the drop off point he loaded our case and we followed him into the airport strait to the front of check in and he loaded the bags onto the conveyor for us. We were then ushered straight into security again amazing service through there and then to the lounge for evening a meal even our hand luggage was carried for us.
We had an overnight flight to Dubai and on arrival leaving the plane a lady and porter held a card with my name. We followed her and explained we had two cases the same as one of our hand luggage. The porter quickly got them and we followed her again and again to the front of the queue at immigration. A car was waiting which took us to our hotel where again our bags were lifted and taken to our room. From start to finish this was the only time we touched our cases was to empty them. A very nice hotel with the balcony overlooking the sea, perfect for the night time “nightcap” The punctuality of the couriers was exemplary. This was the main problem for me lifting cases. The same procedure was arranged for our return. In many many years I have not been aware of this service and can only thank Stephen at Orbzii so much for making our holiday so stress free. Thank you Stephen your service, suggestions, advice was remarkable. I wish you well.
