The item was perfect but although it said 1-3 days for delivery I waited 5days before I chased up the delivery and then I got notified that the item was being picked

Description said 1 inch ball compatible but it wasn't. However fitted it with component parts and very satisfied.

I lost my rubber inner for my phone mount. sent them and email and was advised to but the spare part bundle on their website. Promptly received the part anlong with some other spares. Fast service and got exactly what I was missing. So glad I didn need to buy a whole new stand. Thank you!

Their products are very good and well made, but customer service is dreadful.

I need a replacement part and have sents numerous emails via their website but got no reply.

I did finally manage to get through to them via a direct email and they apologised and said that they would send the part.

That was weeks ago and nothing arrived.
Now they have stopped replying to emails again.

Order placed 10’dyas back but still not delivered. I am extremely disappointed.

The phone holder is very sturdy and my phone fits perfectly. Very robust and appears durable. Extra fittings ensure a secure holding with confidence in the product. Road 100 miles and no movement or vibration leading to loosening of the fitting.

After trying several different phone mounts this by far is my favourite. Great product that was very easy to install onto my motorbike. I used the mirror attachment that came with the kit, it comes with multiple brackets to best fit your bike. The centre sprung loaded piece keeps your phone solid inside the case and protected, although you may need to remove your phone case if you have a large case. The case is definitely waterproof as I was caught in heavy rain and my phone was nice and dry and the screen of the case was still viewable even in the rain. The clips that shut the case are tight and a little difficult to open to begin with but you want that as it gives you peace of mind your phone wont come flying off at 70mph. Would 100% recommend to any motorcyclist that wants a case that ticks all the boxes and doesn't break the bank.

Orcas mount for motorbikes and bikes is fantastic. I bought it directly from the website and the phone holder is really good quality robust and nice. The wireless charging is fast and you can link to the battery or if you prefer, link to a battery bank. you can also charge another device via type-c port just above the phone case. The touch screen works with and without gloves. fits perfectly for my phone. I found a great deal on the website and I decided to buy directly from them. Shipment was super fast (next-day delivery)
I had a problem with the confirmation email because of a typo in the email address, but the team was super fast in replying.

Well designed and simple, secure fit. Useful phone connect and disconnect that works. Used on Motorcycle handlebars and survives traveling at speed and sharp bumps in the road, set behind flyscreen fairing. The height was better than anticipated as the visibility of the phone is better than the tacho, rev meter, etc.

It was relatively easy to order.

The order arrived next day.

It was super easy to set up.

**Bear in mind that the tape may need trimming to size in order not to overlap.

Overall, well worth what paid.

I emailed asking about an out of stock item, enquiring about a likely return-to-stock date. I received a same day response, advising that the stock would be out of stock with Amazon for the for a little while but they had a couple of spare items in stock and they would add it to their website inventory the following morning. They followed thru with this and I successfully bought directly from their website (at a cheaper price than amazon!) Item arrived swiftly too!
