Be very aware when you let from these people , cos when you leave they side with the landlord and ask for very high decorating prices , they do not accept wear and tear, apparently the decor should last 4 years and if they think its has not then you as the tenant got to pay £180. per room , now what damage can you do to a painted wall , if it’s got dents and holes fair enough but worn pain and not even worn to an obvious point , but they side with the landlord cos of course they need the landlord , why don’t they sue the paint company cos as they say paint should last 4 years i don’t know where they get information from. But they got your deposit so what can you do , they even said that they don’t have me registered as a tenant on my last review , but of course they don’t want new tenant to know what scummy people they are , be very aware ....
