Total fraud.
Once the payment is received for the plant ,they do not responding.
They do not answer calls nor reply to mails.
Please be careful not to encourage such fraud businesses .

Fraud Online Nursery : My online orchid purchase experience from [orchidzone dot in], bankura, west bengal is very very worst. This online nursery is completely misleading its customers. I ordered two orchids described as "medium-sized," but I received two tiny plants with only 2–3 leaves each. To make matters worse, they are impossible to reach. I have tried every communication channel to resolve this, but they refuse to answer my calls. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Finally reaching to plantzone, I got Orchidzone's number and they doesn't provide return. If you want to return then self initiate return is there. But very doubtful about their business, it's doubtful whether they will refund or not. So its better visit your nearest nursery and buy even price is higher.

Received a dead and damaged orchid plant. No one picked up the number we are supposed to call. Stsy away from them

Few days ago I've brought some indoor plants from orchidzone.in . Received the plants in healthy condition. And there customer service is very good

Not trustworthy. I shouldn’t have gone ahead as there’s no phone number to contact them. They have sent some random items, nothing that was on my order list, out of the 10 plants I ordered. It seemed too good to be true and I should have trusted my instincts. Do not buy from them.

This is a fraudulent site. Never received my order and track record shows that the order was returned due to "undefined ". Don't know what does that mean. Wrote them messages and emails but no reply. Please do not buy anything from here.

They are a scam. They show something else and send something else.

Delivering garbage instead of plants

My 1st order experience was good so i ordered again. However this was a horrible experience this time as they sent me saplings instead of mature plants. On the top of it there is no response to voice calls, whatsApp msg and email ID provided on their website. I have been following up over 10 days now but with no luck. They charged me ₹1000 for 2 mature plants but sent me 2 saplings worth ₹100 which are easily available on Amazon or Meesho. Bottom line is, if you are lucky then you will have a good experience, but otherwise this is a fraud seller with no support. They will not reply when they know if it's their mistake. Take your own risk

They are totally fraud. What's showing on the portal is never sent.
I purchased one plant as shown on the portal But, got a stem piece only without any leaf which is of no use except to throw out in a dust bin
It is totally a waste of money.
Also they never reply if you want to return.

Total fraud. DO NOT fall for discounts. They send 10-15 days old cuttings or seedling. I received 2 damaged plants . No response from support team . avoiding calls and asking for unpacking videos. Money wasted. Better pay more and order from clickorchid/orchid tree/ pots and petals/ guna orchids etc. You will get good mature plants and great support in case of damage.

I did not see before rating here . The photo what they show and what they sent is extremely opposite . Please avoid buying from these people

Advice everyone to not buy anything from this website. Extremely poor packaging, low quality plants, extremely late delivery and if some plants I have found rotting in the package, they don’t pick the call for refund. I ordered hoyas, string of pearls, crasulla ovata and 4 orchid seedlings and except hoya pubycalyx nothing was good. Orchid seedlings are too small. One just melted off right after unpacking. Rest of the seedlings were in coma spending 16 days in a box with wet tissue. Plz don’t buy anything from his website. Except hoya pubycalyx
