I ordered a dress in November last year and never
They gave an answer were 60 euros given away, iresponsible!!!!

I have only put one star here as there isn’t an option for no star.

I ordered a dress from here at the start of November. It was needed for my sisters 21st birthday party at the end of December. I was assured throughout it would arrive on time. However it didn’t arrive and the event passed. I requested for this order to be cancelled as I was told it had not yet been shipped. This request was ignored and I received a shipping notification 2 weeks later. This dress arrived end of January, it was completely different to what is being advertised on the website! At first we didn’t even know what that package was. Poor quality and a horrible dress. I had ordered a sequin and feather dress which is on the front page of there website and I received a horrible butterfly patterned dress. Nothing like what is on the website.
I have been trying to get a refund for months and I’m having no luck. They keep coming back with the same it’s like talking to a robot.
Now they have said I either return the dress to China at my expense! Or accept a voucher. Appalling customer service!!

i wish i had read these reviews before buying anything. i bought a dress for $47 that arrived and looked nothing like the picture was so cheap quality completely see through and the glitter was falling off all over the place. after many emails i managed to agree i could send it back for a refund. it cost £10 to post back and i sent them photos of the tracking number etc. they received it on 10th february 2020 but they still wont give me a refund. ive tried opening paypal disputes but they wont help me either? have no idea what to do now. their usual email address doesnt work anymore sellsatorderhello.com however they still send emails to me from that address. i have found one on paypal which seems to work- serviceatyoyolike.com but they still just reply ignoring my request for a refund, apologising and telling me to raise a dispute with paypal or my bank. in other words 'youre not getting a refund from us go and sort it elsewhere' the worst company ive ever come across and it has now firmly made up my mind to never ever order from ANY of the cheap chinese sites again, even the ones i havent had any problems with. this sort of thing should be illegal.

I would give them a zero star review if that was possible. I paid for a dress since October 2019 in hopes I would get it on time for my birthday in December, alas after months and months of reaching out and not much, In January of 2020 they sent me this really cheap looking dress that looks absolutely nothing, I mean nothing, not even the same design or material of the dress I ordered. I reached out to express my disappointment, and yet nothing!!! The dress I got sent was very cheap and see through, not worth my money at alllll. I am absolutely disgusted, and dissapointed. worst shopping experience ever!!!!

Purchased a coat in November 2019. Never received item. Emailed them a month later and he gave me a BS excuse as to why the coat hasn’t shipped out yet. It is now March 2020 and I just remembered I paid for something I never received. I’m opening a fraud claim with my bank ASAP.

Even this site now shut down. I cannot contact anyone from the website/ people i talked before. Big scammer. 3 months to wait for an item.

BEWARE!!! DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1*

This is one of the worst online online retailers I have ever had to deal with. The oder took almost 6 weeks to arrive.
When the jacket arrived I thought this must be a mistake. It looked nothing I mean nothing like the picture FALSE ADVERTISING. It looked so nasty and cheap like it cost £1 when it cost nearly £70. I am still shocked. Then I emailed the company on 7th March. It is now 18th March I still have not received a reply not even an automatic generic email response.

This is shocking!!

I bought 3 dresses off of this site back in November 2019. It took over a month for them to ship out my first dress. Why didn’t they ship all 3 dresses together? Upon arrival of the first dress I was highly disappointment because the dress looked nothing like the picture. I contacted the company and asked if I could cancel the other two dresses since they were not shipped out yet. I then got an email a week later saying that they just shipped out the second dress so I could not cancel. The second dress was absolutely hideous and looked nothing like the picture. It looked like it cost $2 to make, yet this company is selling these dresses for close to $100 each. I have still yet to get my 3rd dress and it is March 2020. Nor have I received a refund or any help from this company. DO NOT BUY!

I placed an order in November. I did not receive it in the time frame stipulated. I asked for my refund and it’s been 3 months still haven’t received my refund.
Ever since I made this post and reported them to the BBB they have blocked me. It says the email address can not be found or unable to receive mail. But the same email is still sending me promotions, isn’t that weird. I guess I’ll never receive my money back.

AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COSTS! I had to file a dispute with my bank. Paid for expedited shipping and came over a month later and looked NOTHING like the photos. They wanted me to pay to have the dress returned to them. WASTE OF MONEY!

Only if i could rate them 0 .. this is a scam do not order from them . I waited for 3 months for a dress then they sent me a cheap piece of clothing that doesn’t even match the dress’s material or style. Please do not order from them

never gave me my money back. i implore everyone who never got their refund to file a claim through their bank for fraud. let’s shut these POS down. i’m getting my money back one way or another from those pathetic losers behind that scam :)

I have been waiting for a refund of $320.93 for almost three months which is four weeks longer than Orederhello.com originally told me it would take. Every time I ask about what I can expect they blow me off and give me a meaningless, open ended apology without ever offering a solution. As a consumer, when you do business with a legitimate business they should be able to clue you in on those things. They can’t. Their replies are always something like “it takes a long time, be patient” but again they never tell me what I can expect or when, they just dodge my questions with fake, blanket kindness. This run around makes me very much regret my decision to do business here. These people are scammers, the customer service is basically non-existent and their products are garbage. If you want to save your sanity shop anywhere, everywhere else but here!
I dare someone to contact me with a realistic solution.
But I am very doubtful, at this point, that I will ever see my money again. Please, never, ever, ever, ever shop here.

This is a scam...

They show very nice dresses and outfits on their website only to send you something that has the same form but not the same aesthetic at ALL... They then tell you that the item you received could be slightly different than what is shown on the picture but instead of a sparkling party dress I have received some sort of chiffon day dress with ugly designs on it.

They don't admit that they have made a mistake nor that the item is different. They just tell you that if you want your money back, you'll have to pay for the shipping fees (that are quite high) OR that you can keep the item and that they'll refund you like 10$ or 12$ as a voucher to spend on their website...

Don't order there. You'll be disappointed
