Deciding on an online ordering marketplace platform was not an easy decision. I met with at least 8 competitors before I made my final choice to subscribe to the Platinum plan. I have been involved with a number startup as CEO for over 10 years and I can honestly tell you with 100% confidence the support and service you will get from Ordering.co is second to none. Good service and user-friendly software. Recommend to those who lack of big fund and manpower.
Thank you for your assistance. We were able to complete the website and all apps in about two months without much capital and manpower.
If you lack of big funds and do not have much manpower, this system is very worth to use, easy to get started, but it takes some time to familiarize yourself with all the function in the admin system.
There are many basic and should have functions, very suitable for startups, franchise business, SME, or those who want to develop e-commerce platforms. If you don't have any IT knowledge, you can also control and master the most basic setup, but it is better to have IT person and designers in the team, because it can save some time.
In terms of technical support service, the response is very fast, and your questions can be answered within a day.
The system provides very good tutorial, you must study and operate carefully on your own initiative.
Once you use this system, you have to take your start-up business seriously, because the process is full of challenges. If you can't do the first step well, then you don't have to waste time and money to implement the next plan.
After all, no system is 100% perfect. Hope their system will become more and more advanced in the future.

They threat me and hack my site. Seriously
Contact them a week ago in order to find a solution for my online delivery site. After a few coversations with tha sale team i inform them that i finally pick up a different solution. Then the conversation with their sale became very stange.... Seriously they threat me that i will go to jail if dont switch from another platform to their Ordering.co beacause the other platform is no secure, i will have gpdr issue etc Seriously ! And then they hack, as they mention my site, and stole all my users data and paswords. I dont know if they did or not...

Alsono is the man he just fixed a huge app crash and I thought I would have lost everthing. Even though its like midnight over there he still jumped on to fix the issue.

We hired this company in the past
We hired this company last year. They took our money and provided the lamest support you can get. They offer you a trial period (money back guarantee) through which you can barely get started. They want to charge for everything all the step to launch time, after 4 months we never got to lunch a functional app and lost our money. Their CEO is super rude and cocky. None of the white label was done properly. They went into our company email accounts when we gave them access to our server to test the domain configuration... It was terrible!
Another thing I didn't like is that they delete the posts from your help forum where people are complaining. In fact you deleted all our reviews and issues posted.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY:
I can post every single email we exchanged. I will prove with dates that their service never got to a valid testing point. I have emails from the second month where we still ask for proper DOMAIN white label set up.

They want to turn this review into a marketing pitch. They think that's going to work? We can see behind the lies.
We are giving this business niche a second shot now. In fact the screenshot they provided, if you go there you can download fully functional apps right now.
Unlike their solution we were able to get that setup in a few days. If anyone needs a replacement of ordering.co we can advise you on how to get set up quickly from our provider by following the link to the site they posted here with the screenshots of our company.
We lost interested in their solution and lost the chance to get a $900K investment because of their incapacity to deliver a solution for us. That is a great medal they carry. Fortunately, we don't depend on investors right now. Thank you for that :)
And they never listen to feedback. They haven't learn the lesson in over 2 years and they never will. if you want to risk you investment go there.
I'l be glad to advise them on how to provide proper support and how to appreciate and leverage our client's feedback.

The best sample of how they handle their Public Relations is that they picked a fight over this review instead of reaching out and trying to amend the bad experience we had.

After many reviews now they are finally changing their tone. Now, that's progress.
However they insist on their lies: I've evidence to proof that we paid 4 months. If Trustpilot allows it, we can post screenshots.
We're not blaming them for not launching any business in the pass, there are many other white-label services out there that anyone can use to launch a service like that with far more features but we are here to talk about them not us. So we are recently revisiting this niche to help local businesses thrive and gain some extra visibility. We felt the responsibility in our hearths to come out and help like we've always wanted to do.
If you like we can create a full discussion here, and publish the video where they go into our servers and into our emails and evidence of the deleted forums where we point out the poor support and how they remove the ones they don't like.
We're simply pointing the truth of how they made us lose money and time so that whoever joins them is prepared for that. We truly hope they get well served, maybe, who knows. This is not a good time to waste money. Maybe with Covid-19 they're more willing to help others.
That's what the Trustpilot reviews are for, for all the good and bad. I'm sorry you feel like you deserve a good review when you don't.
We also want to apologize for not posting this review earlier but we totally dismissed the idea for years and until recently we realized many businesses are struggling to stay afloat and want to provide some help.
We're not angry at them or their company, in fact we are very grateful to have learn which companies you can trust or not.
I just want to inform the consumers so that they know who they are dealing with to save them a headache, but anyone is free to experiment.
They so want to turn this into a marketing pitch for their company, but when we care about finding the truth we take our time to read these reviews at full.
I just remembered another thing that sucks with Ordering.co white-label and that is that if you are late one day on payment they will disable your entire solution and send to hell your white-label until you pay, taking the opportunity to reveal their brand under your own domain. Has anyone else have that happened? The minimum courtesy there would be to show a generic message or simply disable the domain mapping. And it took them about 3 days to release our domain after we cancelled our subscription.
Is funny to see how they are paying people to post nice things here.
