My doctor recommended OrderlyMeds. From the very start customer service was great. They touch base with me almost weekly on how I am feeling and doing. I get tracking number when meds are shipped. I love the compounded medicine. It has worked great for me. I am happy with my results.

I was getting too many text messages and felt the correspondence was not genuine.

I was getting too many text messages during this first month asking for my weight. My response to those text messages is that I weigh myself on Tuesday mornings and that I would post those in the app and in text messages. I sent my weight this past Tuesday, and after a couple of back-and-forth messages, I was asked for it again. It feels like I am not conversing back and forth with a real person, and that they are just AI responses. It gives a sense that these correspondences are not genuine.

However, these messages are intended to help us stay engaged with your journey, not to replace genuine support. The customer service rep was an…

The customer service rep was an absolute gem!! I called with frustration and she was kind, patient and polite! So much so, that I had to apologize for my attitude. She stayed with me for the entire call and made sure my payment processed. She is a huge asset for Orderly Meds and they should thank her for representing them in such a high caliber way.

OrderlyMeds truly deserves 10 stars for their program. From ease of ordering to fielding all the questions that came up as I navigated through minor symptoms or had questions about anything related to using GLP-1 drugs. Every representative I spoke with was generous with their time were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
This journey to weight loss (and more importantly better health) have inspired me to exercise more and eat more healthfully.
OrderlyMeds has played an important role in providing encouragement for me when I wasn’t sure if I was doing everything right. Each journey is different and for me it has been a very positive experience.

Orderly Meds extremely easy to work with.

Orderly Meds has been extremely easy to deal with when placing orders for weight-loss medication. I should say, "customized" weight-loss medication. They have an easy to navigate and use online form. You are asked specific questions for detail about your medical history. I highly suggest you answer completely and honesty if you want the best results. If you have questions or need a human, they have GREAT customer service representatives. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They keep in regular contact with you, my choice was text. I could respond when it was convenient for me. I am probably not on the top of their "responds regularly" list. They were checking in to see if I needed anything, had any issues they could help with, etc. Caring and helpful but not intrusive. I have tolerated the medication relatively well. A few of the issues were of my own making...by not meal planning or having accessible, appropriate foods on hand. I had researched in advance and I knew I should do it, but life...! I plan to improve that as I continue the medication. Orderly Meds is a professional organization with excellent service. FYI: I am in my mid 70's, 5'3" tall female, semi-moderately active. I weighed 188 lbs at the start. I just finished my 10th week on the medication and now weigh 167 lbs. If I can do it, you can. If you need help contact the great staff at Orderly Meds and let them help you.

horrible treatment of loyal customers

I've been a customer for almost a year. It was a great experience at first. I've now been waiting for a refill for almost a month. They collected my money the day I ordered (5/3/26) but still no meds....they claim something happened with the pharmacy that was shipping to my state and that they are working on processing it. They keep saying it's been "escalated" to their administrators but I feel they are just saying that to pacify me. Also gave me a $50 credit which is a joke because I've read reviews on other sites that they continue to process NEW customer orders. I'm angry and beyond disappointed. You are NOT supposed to stop this medication cold turkey and that is exactly what is about to happen. They should not be able to do this to people. Please find a more reputable to company if you are paying out of pocket for these meds.

I’m sure I won’t get my credits now but whatever!

Steer clear of Orderly Meds! My first order was missing syringes. They made that up by offering a $25 credit towards my next order and an Amazon link for me to buy more.

Then they offer a referral credit. Share your link for $50 off your next order. Very generous, right? WRONG! You have to go back and bug your friends to see if they ordered and then get the email address they used to sign up and contact Orderly Meds with said information just to get your credits.

Then….. wait for it!

Go in to place my second order on May 18th- credits used- CC charged for what was supposed to be a 3 month supply. Then crickets! Today is May 28 a solid 10 days later. Random text messages (some as late as 10p) continually telling me to complete my check in. Now three separate 30-40 min phone calls later. My case being escalated at least 4 times and they have to cancel my order- wait for my refund of credits and CC charges and then resubmit a new order.

Thankfully I opted to start a new journey with Alt RX on Sunday May 24th who has seamlessly completed my order and my medicine arrived today!

Yes, I will be reaching out personally to the folks I referred to Orderly and have them switch bc guess what? It’s cheaper there anyway!

UPDATE AFTER ORDERLY MEDS REPLY: MEDICATION STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! THANK GOODNESS ALT-RX WAS ABLE TO GET AN ORDER PROCESSED AND SHIPPED IN A TIMELY MANNER- AND FOR LESS MONEY!

We cannot access or discuss another patient's account based solely on information provided by someone else, as doing so could create privacy concerns. Once the referred patient reaches out and verification is completed, we are happy to investigate and apply any eligible referral credits.

Regarding your order delay, there was unfortunately a pharmacy-related delay that impacted processing times. We also reached out requesting additional information so we could further review and assist with your specific concerns, but we did not receive a response.
