Punctual delivery but without a crucial part I didn't realise I'd thrown away with the old filter
The filter came quickly and there was no problem with it per se, but the major problem I had was that I had already thrown away the old filter, without realising I should have saved the little rubber tube that connects the filter to the top of the bottle. This came off automatically with the filter and I didn't even notice it, so I threw it away with the old filter. Now I can't use the bottle or the new filter at all because without that little tube it is impossible to attach it.

I love this bottle
I love this bottle. It's easy to clean and you get the backwash syringe supplied. I love that you can use it with or without the filter. The bottle doesn't leak and it is large enough to carry plenty water but not to large to weigh your pack down.

Really brilliant bottle
Really brilliant bottle, I've travelled round Turkey and Mexico with it drank tap water the entire time and have not got sick once! It's great to not be buying plastic bottle anymore and it's saved me a lot of money too, can't reccomend it enough, every traveller should have one! (The bag it comes with is also extremely useful!)

Indestructible?
I've had my Waterwell bottle for a while now and yes, it filters water perfectly and has saved me carrying litres of water up mountains several times.
BUT, more importantly... I have dropped this bottle more times than I can count... often from great heights (climbing or general mountaineering) usually onto jagged rock, and somehow it hasn't broken.. the build quality is so good, I will only choose one bottle now whenever I buy a new one.... IF I ever need to.

Outstanding customer service and product
I called the company directly and Samantha was extremely helpful and sent me the replacement part, exactly what I needed for the bottle I already owned. Direct and friendly customer service, and the filter bottles are an amazing product. I have used mine a lot, in a few cases the filter has had to clean some pretty sketchy water and I stayed fit and well, no problems at all. It was also really, really great to get through to a person on the phone straight away. I was really surprised, it was refreshing and I really appreciated it.
