I recently purchased a few pieces from Orelia and couldn't be happier. The jewellery is elegant, well-crafted, and exactly as pictured on the website. I especially love how lightweight and comfortable everything feels — perfect for everyday wear but still chic enough for special occasions.

I have been buying orli jewellery since April have quite a lot now beautiful prices and priced really well any problems and customer service go above and beyond I have recommended it to my friends and family and now the are hooked on orli definitely recommend

Beautiful pieces from gold to silver finish to complement any outfit, so affordable too and my personal favourite are the initial collection, since having my daughter I now carry a piece of her in my jewellery collection. Thank you

I ordered a pair of earrings which came damaged and completely unwearable. I emailed Orelia with images requesting an exchange or refund. I was completely ignored. I have since emailed another 3 times with no response from them! It has been 2 months since I initially contacted them. DO NOT ORDER FROM ORELIA. I will be contacting my bank to retrieve the money and taking my complaint further. Awful quality and awful customer service.

I have a necklace from Orelia that I've wanted for a while, and it's absolutely stunning! The shipping was fast and the packaging so pretty. Would be a great company to buy gifts from!

I am very impressed with the jewellery. Ordering is very easy and delivery is prompt. Packaging is cute. The prices are affordable but the designs are high quality. I am currently enjoying mixing metals with my pieces.

I am a content creator, I joined The O List and got some voucher to spend. While using the voucher I added some amount from my end too.

The delivery service EVRi chose to steal the parcel. They send a delivery picture of a different locality. We spent hours looking for it. EVRi has a very bad reputation for incidents like this. And I have communicated, reported and raised the issue every way possible. They kept saying they have communicated with the brand, and EVRi can do nothing only the merchant can. Who has time for this back and forth, I stopped emailing after several exchanges as it didn't make any difference.

Now I know EVRi is wrong in this, it's them who lost/stole the parcel and I love Orelia's jewelleries. The only reason I am writing here is that I contacted Orelia through O List, used Help section to contact to make them aware of the whole situation, No reply from Orelia. I think they need to improve their communication.

And I hope brands stop using EVRi as it has become so frequent people keep losing their valuables.

The service offered by this company is nothing short of shocking. My dad has a watch he wants to return and has so far been unable to do so. The Returns Policy, where you should be able to generate a return does not work and despite several attempts to contact them nothing has been sorted. I am now taking this to Trading Standards. I have NEVER had such bad customer service.

This is a lovely jewellery brand. My order arrived quickly and came well packaged. The necklace I chose was well made and perfect for wearing every day. Prices are also very affordable.

First, because of the unique designs second,the subtle shine that each layer in the necklace has. Third, the chain are sturdy enough that when you open or close, it doesnot get break. Generally, chains are very thin that it gets broken out easily. I love this 3 layers 18k gold plated necklace. It's easy to tie it and untie it as well. Recommended!
