Scheduled appt online then told no appt on books

I scheduled an appointment for my son's birthday online. He moved his busy schedule around just to be told they didn't have him scheduled. He was also told that if he called earlier then accommodations might've been possible. Why would we call if we already had an email confirming the appointment? Very disappointing!!

strange

I waited in the office while my friend was getting a massage with Suni and I had a very strange interaction with the chiropractor there. He was trying to force me(a young college student) to try out the equipment and lay down on a table. I repeatedly refused to do it but he kept on pushing it. Overall I felt very uncomfortable with this man in the office and he gave me bad vibes. He was even trying to just diagnose me with back problems by looking at me. I think the massage was good but with this man as the boss and joint chiropractor it was uncomfortable experience.
