My order was only partially delivered and the refund was never processed even after a few messages.

Ordered on the 11th, and only got a shipping notification on the 16th - but it then still took a few days until it was actually sent out (could see the package wasn’t dropped off at the post office yet through the track and trace.) Finally received my order on the 20th. No protective packaging around the products, just a very small cardboard box. Tried to reach out to them over Facebook because of a sold out item I was interested in, but they never replied.

Placed the order and read the reviews afterwards so I was getting ready to maybe having to wait a long time to get my order.
Fortunately it was not the case. Order wasn't delivered the next day but pretty quickly and the items are great.
Will definitely repurchase. Great prices on oil perfumes.

Mention the products that you are not able to deliver.waste of time for consumer to not receive what the have paid for and afterwards chasing you to get their money back. Unprofessional

I placed an order of 75€ and didn't get it. No shipping info, no tracking, no answer on Whatsapp or Facebook. I will complain to the police. I want my money back.

I bought multiple things from this website and I've never been dissapointed. My package always came very early even tho I live in another country. So I would definitly reccoment this site to any of my friends and family.

It's been 4 days now I ordered from the website but no response, no tracking and nothing. I tried to get in touch for the Facebook and WhatsApp still no response. I want to file a money back because am beginning to feel the site is a scam.
