So I been stupid and got scammed! And they took 350$ out of my bank! Do anyone got their email since I can’t even get on their site. Thank you

Unfortunately did not see any of these other reviews before signing up for the 3-day trial too. Website has no way to unsubscribe, no way to opt in or out of anything. Chat bot doesn't do anything - no responses. Clearly a scam.

I was stupid and signed up without researching. Their "bot" does not work at all, and they charge you after the 3-day trial without any way to opt-out. I sent countless messages to them saying nothing was happening, they finally responded when I told them I was wrongly charged for a month of services I didn't receive, they lied and said I wasn't charged. I had to call my bank and report the fraud.

100% fraudulent site. Don't sign up! They have no real registered company name or contact info. Their tech doesn't actually work. They were never listed in the publications they claim on their site. The review people don't exist. I was a dummy and signed up, then researched them. I was trying to get an education Instagram launched. There is no way to cancel on their website. I tried to cancel through their chat, they claim to do it. I went ahead and blocked all transactions from them "Instagram Growth" and reported my card information stolen. They have attempted to charge me something EVERYDAY since then. I can see through my blocked transactions. Don't do it!

I stupidly signed up for the 3-day free trial, thinking they would notify me when the trial period will stop and ask if i was willing to sign up for the actual service. 3 day has passed and nothing really happened with my IG account, nothing has improved. Then I checked my bank account to see that they had taken the money already and it was for 1 year subscription which is over £300 plus the transaction fee! I immediately called my bank to raise a dispute for fraudulent transaction. I am currently waiting for them to get back with me. I tried contacting Organic social via Chat as it's the only way to communicate with them but there was no response. DO NOT SIGN UP! avoid this site at all cost!

SCAM. AVOID this company AT ALL costs. Do NOT take the 3 day free trial. I was charged a full years subscription despite not giving my permission to do so after the trial ended. I could not link my Instagram account with them during this period due to a technical issue. The chat I had with “Leslie” to resolve the issue amounted to NOTHING. Also Joan Zheng has absolutely no involvement with this company. The highlighting of the various brands on their website is completely bogus. Do NOT sign up with this company.

Update: After some e-mailing I finally could get my money back. But there’s still lacking an option to delete my payment info from the website.
I wanted to see what this service could offer. Therefore I signed up for the free trail. After only only one day I reached out to the customer service to cancel my trail/subscription. There was no mail, no number, just a chat where I could start a conversation and the first reply was only revived after many hours. Two days after they promised to cancel my account, I see that they charged my account. This is not okay. Don’t do the same as me and sign up for this site.
