I really appreciated the service
I reached out to OB for an order and I really appreciated the service I received from this company, specifically from Alex. He suggested brands and styles, and even assisted with a non-standard shipping request, showing a level of attention that other companies did not. The worst service you imagine
The worst service you imagine. Must of tried to cancel over 5 times they mentioned a charge of 500€ if I canceled. An order of over 3,000.00
Such poor quality when it eventually arrived months later. Lots of errors with the print and lettering. We’re so disappointed and they come back with it looks fine. You can read the wording and the print is poor. The t shirts quality isn’t too bad but won’t wash well.
Such a poor service would never order from this place, poor customer service too. Awaiting a solution
