It has been nearly 3 months since I had placed my order. After initial contact regarding my order that wasn't in stock, the silence is very loud unfortunately. 3 months down the line my order was not fulfilled and after promises of returning my funds I am still over 200 euro's out of pocket.

Please be very careful when ordering from this website.

I ordered three weeks ago, they took the money and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation of the order, it hasn’t been delivered yet, the website is a scam.
Update January 13th - I still haven’t gotten any products :(
Update January 19th - after several emails, I got my money back… waste of time

The order went smoothly. After that, it went quiet, and it stayed quiet. Even after an email, there was no response. Suddenly, the order was canceled, without explanation. I'll never order from this website again.

Great website with a nice selection of sustainable products. Guido is super friendly and helpful! Extra points for the circular ‘Repack’ packaging, this was a first for me and I wish all online shops used this kind of packaging 👏 will be back for sure!
