At first, we had some concerns because the product packaging did not include English instructions, which was disappointing for an international customer. However, after contacting customer support, they took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions.
It was their professional, friendly, and helpful customer service that convinced us to change our review to a positive one. Great customer support makes a huge difference, and we truly appreciate the way they handled our concerns.

In the past, we included English instructions with our products, but after receiving feedback about reducing unnecessary paper waste, we chose to make them available digitally instead. You'll find the preparation instructions in English on every product page, and we also include them in the order confirmation email. We love organic best! For starters they always have the formula my kids need in stock and don’t charge ridiculous shipping fees. They also have really quick shipping and great communication. 10/10 recommend.

I used other companies previously but none are as good as this one. They even give comp organic samples with their order and it’s just always packaged so nicely.
