High Quality - Customer Service - Great People
The quality of the products are why we spend the extra money. The level of customer service is beyond what we experience with domestic companies and they’re on the other side of the world.
I made some mistakes on our last order in how I calculated using the reward points. When I realized my mistake I emailed customer service. I got an answer back in minutes. After several exchanges they corrected my mistake. Applied my points correctly, and I wound up being able to order more and still save money. It took less than 30 minutes.
This company gets it. Our baby loves it and he’s thriving on it. We love this company and their products. We are customers as long as we have babies.

I’ve heard about this company through a friend that’s also buying formula from this company. I am buying the hipp formula right now and my baby enjoys it a lot. When I have questions about the product or other products that are from the site, staff are very responsive and are very informal about the products that I am asking about. Overall I think they are doing a great job and I would highly recommend this product to other moms or future mom to be.

Everything arrived fast and in perfect condition, despite crossing an ocean to get here! Kabrita's Goat Milk Formula was making my baby super constipated but I read that Holle is also a very high quality brand and the switch to Holle's Cow Milk Formula Stage 2 was seamless, and all constipation issues are gone! No more having to add donated breastmilk, chicory root fiber, and probiotics to my baby's formula to keep them regular, their stools are much softer and come 2-3 times a day, and my baby seems happier.
