Please don’t buy from them, bad customer service. They don’t backup their products

I wish I can give them 0 star. First of all I buy a pills from them, I paid $ 8 for shipping, it take more than 14 days to receive it. When I finally received it the product was damaged. I sent an email the same day to let them know that, they asked me for pictures. I sent them, they agreed to replace it. It’s been 3 weeks I sent several emails they don’t answer. I guess I lost my money. They really don’t care and they have the bad customer service in the entire country no phone to contact only by email. They don’t answer. I just want to make sure that don’t happen to other people like me.
