Kim Miller was very pleasant to deal with. When I voiced my concern about my earlier purchase, she assured me that Customer Support would aid me with my latest purchase on how best to utilize the hearing aids. I am waiting for the delivery and anticipate a good experience.

The price was misleading

The price was misleading! They got address wrong and the item was returned to them, logically. I still haven’t received my order. This is ridiculous.

Hearing Helper

I have tried phonax (EXPENSIVE) vivitone oricle audien I only use the Phonax (good service) w/ sharper detail. Dont like over the ear sometimes interferes w/ my eye glasses. I like oricle for volume of T.V. & regular situations - but in loud or certain accoustical situations there is some difficulty. Best priced highly recommend.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My father ordered them back in March, still not arrived, many communications with them to say they have not arrived, we have asked for a refund a number of times but they say it is in customs and to go and collect! We all live miles away from Customs and would take a long time and expense to get there....feel we are being fobbed off. Do not deal with this company, We feel they are a scam

It is a piece of junk

It is a piece of junk, I paid for longer battery. I got a product worse than the regular standard one. Yes, It is my mistake to buy their hearing aid because it is cheap. Dont let it fool you. You get what you pay for. It is just a piece of trash.

THIEVES!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT

HORRIBLE PRODUCT THAT I RETURNED EXACTLY AS THEY REQUESTED, BUT THE THIEVES WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND!!!

How could you not find me? You have my real name above and I've traded about 50 emails with a lazy, unprofessional, horrible shrew of a woman named Mary Hudson. She is the opposite of helpful and needs to be fired immediately! She seems to be the only one on here that other customers have a problem with, too. (Then again, I'm betting that most, if not all, of your favorable reviews are fakes.) I want her boss to respond to me. I don't ever want to hear from that witch again. She's horrible! Fire her now! I want my money back, you scammers!!!!!

Needing hearing aids that work plus…

Needing hearing aids that work plus clear sound peaked my interest. Having tried OTC ones, I had to send back and 2000 ones from hearing dr, totally frustrated then I saw ad for Oricle I was iffy but decided to try them.
Upon arriving I nervously put them on. Success, I could hear loud and clear. A miracle that I went and told all my friends about. I plan to purchase another set yes they are that good, but money dedicates, so July 3 I will place my second order . Thank you for changing my life. Julia Rose

Very dissapointed and now have no hearing aids that work fr

The first pair quit within 30 days, so they sent another pair . That pair has now quit . I have phoned at least 10 times and been told a supervisor will call me in 24 -48 hours , its been weeks I just read that you offered someone an upgrade model that didnt chirrup or fall out that was never offered to me . So now i have 2 pairs that don't work and no recourse It was your customer service i phoned and sent numerios emails to mary no reply . You have my money and now you won't do anything to help . seniors beware we can't afford this kind of loss of money

Replacements

Nothing is wrong I had (had; for over a year 1/2) a pair of Oricle Hearing aids but one is not working. So, I am ordering a higher grade pair of Oricle Pro. Hopefully they will last.
