I have tried phonax (EXPENSIVE) vivitone oricle audien I only use the Phonax (good service) w/ sharper detail. Dont like over the ear sometimes interferes w/ my eye glasses. I like oricle for volume of T.V. & regular situations - but in loud or certain accoustical situations there is some difficulty. Best priced highly recommend.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My father ordered them back in March, still not arrived, many communications with them to say they have not arrived, we have asked for a refund a number of times but they say it is in customs and to go and collect! We all live miles away from Customs and would take a long time and expense to get there....feel we are being fobbed off. Do not deal with this company, We feel they are a scam

How could you not find me? You have my real name above and I've traded about 50 emails with a lazy, unprofessional, horrible shrew of a woman named Mary Hudson. She is the opposite of helpful and needs to be fired immediately! She seems to be the only one on here that other customers have a problem with, too. (Then again, I'm betting that most, if not all, of your favorable reviews are fakes.) I want her boss to respond to me. I don't ever want to hear from that witch again. She's horrible! Fire her now! Needing hearing aids that work plus clear sound peaked my interest. Having tried OTC ones, I had to send back and 2000 ones from hearing dr, totally frustrated then I saw ad for Oricle I was iffy but decided to try them.
Upon arriving I nervously put them on. Success, I could hear loud and clear. A miracle that I went and told all my friends about. I plan to purchase another set yes they are that good, but money dedicates, so July 3 I will place my second order . Thank you for changing my life. Julia Rose

The first pair quit within 30 days, so they sent another pair . That pair has now quit . I have phoned at least 10 times and been told a supervisor will call me in 24 -48 hours , its been weeks I just read that you offered someone an upgrade model that didnt chirrup or fall out that was never offered to me . So now i have 2 pairs that don't work and no recourse It was your customer service i phoned and sent numerios emails to mary no reply . You have my money and now you won't do anything to help . seniors beware we can't afford this kind of loss of money

Nothing is wrong I had (had; for over a year 1/2) a pair of Oricle Hearing aids but one is not working. So, I am ordering a higher grade pair of Oricle Pro. Hopefully they will last.
