Very mpolite service if you want to return the order
I ordered two skirts for ATS/tribal in white/blue colours. Unfortunately I received skirts in white/petrol almost black colour and this was the reason why I wanted to return them. Moreover the fabric was very see through. Ms Gul from OrientInside explained to me that there may be differences in colours because skirts are hand-painted but for me petrol/black is nowhere near the blue... Company's policy allows to return within 14 days from the day the customer informs about terminating the contract. However Ms Gul got very angry that I haven't returned the skirts immediately after opening the package (exclamation mark after almost every single sentence), that the package has been laying in the package shop for 4 days and was blaming me for harming her business even though I followed her company's return policy. I haven't returned the skirts eventually as I read in one comment on trustpilot that Ms Gul rejected giving back the money after returning the order.
