Absolute negligence
Tough the products are ok, the company itself is a joke. Customer service is absent, queries via the website are not registered/entertained, phone is off, email are useless as the ‘team’ just takes you in circles with no real update at all .. no clarity when (if) i’m getting the refund after one month since they’ve received refused(untouched) parcel back.
