I placed an order with Original Car Parts on April 23rd. The website stated that the part would be shipped within 4–7 business days, but my order is still stuck in "Processing" status.
I have sent 3 follow-up emails with a one-week interval to inquire about the delay, but I have received no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing. I would appreciate an immediate update on my order status or a full refund.

Update - today received a reply and apology for mistake and that correct part will be dispatched !
Yippee ! Pleased to update that the correct part has today been received ! I think that the company is very well intentioned but lacking in ease of communication.

Don't buy from them. I made a purchase in January, and soon after they told me they would only ship in February. I waited, and when February arrived, they said it would only be in April.
I requested a refund, and more than two weeks have passed, and they still haven't refunded the money I paid.

Following my complaint, the company refunded the amount the following day.
This whole situation would have been unnecessary, as they had almost two weeks to do it..."

Two weeks waiting without any reply to my several emails and I still didn't recieve my order.
Lack of communication and concerning delay
Delays can happen, especially in e-commerce, where communication is usually key. When an item is not in stock, customers are generally informed or at least receive a reply.
It has now been two and a half weeks since the order was placed, and despite sending two emails, no update or response has been received. This lack of communication is disappointing.
The item is very urgent, and without any information about availability or shipping, opening a claim through PayPal is now being considered.
Hopefully, an update can be provided soon so this situation can be resolved in a positive way.

I purchased a set of original rims and was contacted by the supplier, who informed me that I also needed to order center caps. Great service! The rims are original and in perfect condition. The delivery time was two weeks, which is longer than the average stated on their website, but overall a very good experience.

The order was not shipped.
I sent several requests by email and got no answer.
I also requested to refund me if Original Car Parts is unable to deliver my order. No answer.

Not Scam. Communication requires improvement
I bought rear car mats 3 weeks ago. Other than initial order acknowledgement there's a silence. No item, no communication, nothing. I suppose my €70 went down the drain.
Update 21/07/25: As you can see, I was asked to email them. However, I tried to contact them via email both prior and after my review. No reply.
Update 24/07/2025: The full refund received.

I have just edited this review. I have received a reply email saying they can’t get the part to me on time. They have refunded me and the money is back in my account. So I’m satisfied this is not a scam.
I have ordered an Opel Wheel cover hubcap 5 days ago. I have not received a tracking email. The phone number is not connected. I have emailed them twice and there is no reply. I am worried this company is a scam.

Ordered a part for my sons first car, I am yet to receive any shipping information . website stated 4-7 day for delivery, this has now passed. I have emailed around ten times, all I received back was "once your package ships we will send an email" POOR SERVICE! MISSED MY SON BIRTHDAY! FALSE ADVERSTISING . Very disappointed. looks like PayPal will have to get invoiced .
To your reply , that is totally false , you had not even shipped the item as you told me in the one email I received.
It was not lost! You are just not honest with the shipping dates.

I ordered a part almost a week ago and I am yet to receive a tracking number or a response to my email querying where it is.
As it stands I have no confidence that I will get my part so I will have to cancel my order and hope I can get my money back. Very poor.

You did send me an email after I posted this but I don't understand why it took so long to either confirm the postage or reply to my email. It doesn't give anyone confidence that you are legitimate. I trust that the product is on its way but you could easily avoid this issue by communicating in a timely manner. Based on the other negative feedback, this is a recurring issue for you. Please take this feedback as a way to improve your service.
