The demonstration was incredible and the shop had amazing bargains. Highly recommend checking them out when at Murano.

The glass blowing demonstration was amazing, the staff have gone above and beyond to wrap and secure our products, even sellotaping the bottom of the bag to ensure it didn’t break.

I'm a bit surprised to see all these negative reviews for Original Murano Glass (OMG) as I had a great experience with the company. I ordered a beautiful desk clock from them on Monday 29/Jan and despite travelling all the way from Murano it arrived today (Thursday 1/Feb). I was informed all the way by DHL where it was and when I could expect it to be delivered. I am immensely pleased with it.

For people coming here suspecting they have been scammed, it is legitimate, we do have glasses. We order glass showing in stock mid July, started chasing about 6 weeks later, response was always that they were hoping to ship that week. Eventually said they have been having production problems and our glasses were not available, could we choose something else. We decided we would as they had been a gift. Shipped this week, email from DHL and I have had to pay £70 import duty, messaged OMG who just said 'sorry'. Do not buy from them, get from a UK store that has bought and stocked, you won't get full choice but you won't get ripped off.

Be awared!! I do not recommended to buy at OMG OriginalMuranoGlass.com. My personal experiance: They have the money: I have no reactions on e-mails, no service even no products. It feels like my money is stolen. Website looks good but do not throw your money away!

I got a dimaged product, I got the assigned jug. After unpacking I was shocked to see that the jug was damaged, one side completely scratched. The error was generated during the production, the package was perfectly intact. It is outrageous to send a one-off product. After my complaint, I received the information that it is the signature of the master, but it looks like a very nasty scratch.
And the most important problem: I want to by one 1 litre volume pitcher, I asked the service of OMG, wich one is the bigger one pitcher, and I ordered, the item, wich was recommended. The pitch should be a volume is 1liter, but I got a jug with volume approx. only a half of litre. After my letter to the firm, I got the answer "The pitcher you bought is bigger than the one you asked about (it is taller and bigger even if not so much)" I think the bigger should be bigger in the volume too. It was my worst experience in a webshop.

I have ordered a statue from OMG for a very special occasion and after confirming production+delivery time decided to purchase.

Few days after the production deadline, I realized that my order is not even shipped out yet and it took me quite a few calls until it was finally shipped out to me. Unfortunately for me the TNT couriers were experiencing some IT issues and nobody could inform me about parcels whereabouts for 2 days (obviously a very unlucky situation and not OMG fault). In the end, I had to go to a wedding without actual present, so that was a major disappointment. I would definitely recommend OMG to be a bit more specific about their time frames given to the customer in the future.

I have received the parcel in the end and the artwork is beautiful, so the the 3 star rating is purely for inconvenience caused with not getting timing correctly.

If you are considering to place the order- do it, but permit yourself extra time to receive it.
