Pity you can’t submit a negative rating. Similar experience to most people on here, have no idea how I was signed up, and charged two payments of £29.99 before I realised. Went on website to cancel, b... See more

Fraudulent "subscription"
I received an email out of the blue - I had never heard of them - saying they'd taken payment for my subscription. I checked and the payment has been taken from my bank account. I phoned the bank, who said I had to email them first and try to sort it, before the bank can take action. I did so, and they have cancelled my "subscription" (which I never authorised) but are still refusing to refund the money they have stolen. I'm still fighting. Beware of OriginalPlus and avoid!
fraudulent registration and debit
I was vict of fraudulent registration to their website with a 29,99 € debit coming from nowhere.
This scam should be called out and stopped.
Who, what, where
Who, what, where, when. This company are....... never subscribed to anything and continuously try to take £29.99 a month. I changed cards and they still try to get more money.
Scam by Original Plus
I was contacted by Nationwide who alerted me to a payment to these people. The banks are clearly now onto them.
They managed to charge my credit card and used an android phone to authorise the payment.
The iritation is that I now have to wait ten days to get a new credit card

Received an email today saying my first subscription due to go out in December. I have no idea where they have my details from and do not want this service. Have replied to email cancelling immediately and not giving permission for monies to be taken. Absolute scam. Asked for confirmation of cancellation.
very slick operators
I too have been scammed by this dodgy outfit.
I got a message from Tesco Bank to say I’ve been charged £29-99 for a months subscription.
When I tried to log in to their site my Norton Anti Virus warned me that their site is unsafe.
After phoning Tesco Bank they have cancelled next months £29-99 payment.
They also said I must have unknowingly clicked on a link.
The only link if clicked on that I can find is a through click to download an Uber app. I can’t say that was a certainty but other people have described similar situations.
BE AWARE OF THIS RIP OFF ATTEMPT PEOPLE,
Absolute thieves
Absolute thieves, same story as many others. The first I noticed was an email informing me that a trial period with SG*OriginalPlus had elapsed and £29.99 had been debited from my bank account.
My bank HSBC initiated a challenge but if they don’t prove fraud I’ll go looser for this fraud.
To muddy the waters it seems my communication with the fraudsters happens to be with a London based company named OriginalPlus (I believe SG*OriginalPlus is based in Singapore. )
I have sent numerous emails to them and they say I subscribed for their service at s time and date when it would have been impossible for me to have done so.
It remains a mystery how they got my banking details.
I am reporting this to Action Fraud UK.
Fraudulent subscription set up and…
Fraudulent subscription set up and £29.99 taken from my account quoting incorrect card details. Have cancelled subscription but they refuse to reimburse. Bank treating it as fraud have been helpful and will reimburse if the company do not. Like all other reports I had never heard of or contacted them previously and clicked on no links in the email. Beware this company and report to Action Fraud and police.
I thought I was signing up for a car parking app.
I thought I was signing up for a car parking app, tried to cancel within ten minutes of realising it was a scam and have since had £29.99 debited from my account, I have had a confirmation email of unsubscribing on the same day 20/11/23 within a hour of scam but they claim that I have used the service. They are fraudsters and I sympathise with anyone else caught out by these criminals.

Ive been scammed by this crappy company. They've twice taken £29.99 from my account. They've said I approved the payments via my bank text. This is untrue. Thats part of the scam. My bank (First Direct) have blocked them. I've cancelled the so called subscription. They have finally agreed to refund me. Keep responding, keep complaining. If youre in the UK contact the Financial Conducts Company and BBC Watchdog. Dont give up. It's a total scamming company.
A SCAM all day long
A SCAM all day long. Money taking from my account without permission and no refund.

Sister has had 2 payments of 29.99…
Sister has had 2 payments of 29.99 taken from her bank a/c and like so many on here she never signed up for this "streaming" service. Was looking on another totally unconnected site when the "sign up" seems to have been done, only told me about it this evening and I came across the reviews and other threads on the net about this shower. Waiting for their reply to refund request, robbing c you next tuesdays.

Ive just noticed a £29.99 transaction go out of my account sending my account into my overdraft I haven't got arranged. Thanks a lot for the extra charges!!!.
This is not a company I subscribed too and they clearly have a cunning way of deceiving people out of their cash.
The only saving grace is that it was easy to unsubscribe. I would like to think a refund would be on the cared.
Watch out for this devious company. Very bad business values. Sort it out!!

I was charged £29.99 for a "subscription" I'd never agreed to. I've no idea how they got my details or what I'd supposedly subscribed to. Fortunately my bank refunded my money but I think this company should be investigated for fraud.
Dirty thieving scum
Dirty thieving scum. Stole money from my bank account without my knowledge. I have had to replace my debit card and fight to get my money refunded. Set up a monthly payment scheme without my knowledge and stole money from my account.
They are going to pay heavily for doing this. Looking forward to meeting up with the director soon. Oh yes!

Does anyone know how to find my money that was taken
I ‘am a 73-year-old man and reside in Edmonton Alberta.
The reason I'm writing this article is because.
The company withdrew $49,99 from my personal Debit bank account without my consent.
I'm curious how to get my card number.
If anyone knows how to make sure my bank account is secure and I can't withdraw it again,
Please let me know.
$49.99 is a lot of money for me,
Thank you.

Avoid scanning the QR code at the carpaek
Used a carpark in Manchester and scanned the QR code a 50p payment was taken from my credit card and refunded straight away. The QR code then took me to the Original plus website, it was the data of films which led me to suspect this was a scam. Tesco bank sent me a fraudulent text and put a block on my card. I have phoned Tesco since and they advised me to contact Originalplus.co via email asking me to cancel subscriptions and asked them to stop any future payments. My advice is to double check your junk folder as the email from Orignalplus as it allows you to actively cancel your 'free trail' and remove your payment option. There is also a contact email on this site, at least you can prove you have attempted to stop any future payments from being taken as Tesco politely told me this isn't actually quite fraud because I scanned the QR code in the first place.

I had to put 1 star as no option for 0 stars, basically i tried to pay for parking, put my bank details in and thought this was all i paid for 50p i think it was for half an hour, this company then somehow got my bank detials and took out 29.99 per month for two months until i realised for a subscription for god know what as i never received any benefit from it.. they had sent me an email regarding signing up to a subscription but it had gone in my junk folder as recognised the email as spam! I contacted my bank to cancel my card and awaiting a new card and the bank cancelled anymore payments going out to this company but they dont think i can claim my money back as there was small print writing on the email they sent me.. what a scam and im 60 quid lighter and had the hassle of cancelling and replacing my card!!
