Shocked at reading reviews as my experiences with My Origines has been fantastic. I have used this company around 5 times and can honestly say they are one of the best. Great service, prices great, packaged well along with emails keeping you informed. Win win
I love their products! I suffer from terrible rosacea and their mega mushroom range has given me my confidence back. I’ve been using this range for many years now. I haven’t had to contact customer service so I can’t comment on that but both the experience in stores and online has always been very positive.
I placed an order in November it wasn't shipped yet. I tried to contact Origins so many times by email and never get a refund. This is an absurd!

The products are good but it was impossible to reach their customer service teams. I've tried calling from the Netherlands, emailing them and writing them on WhatsApp. Never got any replies.
Edit: I finally received a reply to my email after 4 weeks. It was pointless because the return period had expired.
During the earth day events i made an order on origins.eu delivery to Austria. I did not apply the discount-welcome 15%, because I opted for the gift MEGA-MUSHROOM RELIEF & RESILIENCE SOOTHING TREATMENT LOTION (58 euros). I say- wau that's a better option. However, Lotion appeared on my invoice, but not in the package, which did come to me. What a disappointment. I wrote an email to the customer service, why I did not receive a notification that there was a change, or why they do an action when they do not have enough products .... The answer was, that they apologize but the product sold out during the event. Okay, I came across false promises and I haven't even applied for a discount yet. And a bonus, I had to go to the post office for a package. However, after a few weeks I received the package as a surprise and there was a mushroom treatment lotion in it. It was a nice and surprising gesture. And an effort to improve customer-company relationships.
What a terrible experience! They offer ‘discounts’ and ‘free products’ but without even ever receiving an email they just cancel the order. Impossible to reach the customer service about a refund... Fraudulent website and the worst ‘service’! Don’t order here!!
