Ritchie is one of the most down to earth guys I’ve came across! An open book who runs his business on such a personal scale! I approached Ritchie with a dilemmma that I couldn’t afford my at the time TRT supplier, Ritchie had me sorted out that very same day. I now no longer worry if I can afford my TRT, it’s at the back of my mind!
Ritchie is a very approachable and knowledgeable man, I can’t thank him enough for helping me and I will stick with origin TRT!
TRT was a lifesaver for me after over 10 years of depression, with doctors not able to tell me the problem and prescribing me all sorts of gut rotting drugs I didn’t need! When I realised I had low T from a private blood test the NhS where not faced nor wanted to help in anyway! Last year I was loosing my grip on everything, my business, my family and myself, I was ready to give up! Today my business thrives, my children laugh and my wife looks at me like I’m the sexiest man alive again and I regret wasting 10 years relying on the NHS to help me!

I was researching the market to see what they'd issue might be with my symptoms of low energy/drive, exhaustion, libido, ect. I was recommended this clinic by a member of a fb page. I was weary initially and got on a call with the founder.

He spent a lot of his time answering my questions and explaining things to me, he was never pushy or giving me a sales pitch.

Genuine company and founder. Been with them for few months and any queries, questions or requests have been dealt with immediately. They would go the extra mile to support their clients.

I am happy I've found them and will continue with them as the service i received is extraordinary. I wanted to give it time before putting in a review and I am happy to say, they are genuine.

After researching a few different options, it was without doubt I was choosing Origin. Other companies just seemed to have generic replies, applied extra pressure with offers and biweekly messages/emails. All of the people I have dealt with at origin are passionate about what they do, there was no pressure and it felt more personalised to my needs. Before i started trt, i spoke to a few different clinics. But i found origin to be far the most supportive. I have been on treatment for 6 weeks and its been life changing.

I contacted Ritchie mainly for information regarding blood test and symptoms, it was late at night and was not expecting a reply, he replied and set a phone call up that evening. I explained that other clinics were super helpful when paying for their blood tests but any ongoing information was impossible to come by when you “were not eligible” to start treatment, just a generic email with expensive supplements. Ritchie cares about what your going through, he understands what your going through and I have a feeling he would have still helped if I didn’t start. His knowledge is exceptional and explains everything from start to finish. He got me an appointment with a Dr to discuss my bloods and symptoms and I started my journey a week ago. Thank you to Ritchie and your team.

Moved to Origin from another TRT provider after the customer service there went down hill. Origin has been the complete opposite to my previous provider!

Ritchie is always open to answering questions, I got booked in quickly with a doctor who kept me on the same protocol and my medication was delivered quickly.

If you’re looking to start TRT (or move provider), I cannot recommend Origin enough. I was really nervous when I first started and it’s clear the doctors here are very knowledgeable and care about their patients.

Right from the start, the whole process was very straightforward and easy, the support from Ritchie was above and beyond, so knowledgeable and supportive. 10/10

So where do I start? So I’ve known the owner of this company for almost 6 months now and by accident I came across him online and to be honest since then I’ve never looked back. I’ve run my own business for 25 years and the customer service I get from this land is literally 2nd to none every question answered every concerned explained
And I’m so excited going forward with this company with Richie staring the boat. I have every confidence that my health which let’s face it is most important is in extremely safe hands.

If you want amazing customer service alongside treatment to match, then origin is the place you need to go! Ritchie has next level customer service and is soooo quick to reply to any queries (normally within minutes)
Transition from another clinic was easy and pain free! It’s nice to be with a clinic who listen and don’t treat you like a number!!!
