I really appreciated with customer service support ,

The email given by orionfares.com does not retrieve emails. I attempted to email them many times, and a mail failure email was sent back to me every time. Although I received a ticket reservation email, I did not receive tickets. LUCKILY I haven’t been charged yet. I couldn’t get in contact with them by phone either— so their contact options are unreliable. Most often the phone would ring and then the line would become busy. I was never able to leave a voicemail. I called several times. I had two people answer the phone, one number was from the ticket reservation email, the other number was from their website. NEITHER one of the men I talked with worked for Orionfares.com. The first one tried giving me another number, but then dropped the call so I didn’t get it. The second person who worked for Allegiant (and my flight was southwest), was somewhat helpful in saying that it seems like they didn’t get the tickets reserved because they didn’t charge my card or send an email with the actual tickets. That was just his assumption from his experience. Orionfares has left me in the dark as far as if I may or may not get a ticket from them, and if they will charge my card. Terrible management, and I am considering them a fraud. I’m upset I haven’t been able to contact them with their number and email listed on their website to even try to make this a better experience.
