Haven’t received my order. And they want to email me saying hope I’m enjoying what I ordered. Give me back my money

Delivery took over a month, by the time the dress arrived the event I needed it for has passed.
Customer service don’t deal with your queries just keep asking why you want to return the item. Then don’t respond.
I haven’t even opened the order so can’t comment on the quality of goods.

It’s the first time using this company and having mistakenly ordered a product I apologised and asked for a refund and cancellation. It took a couple of weeks but fair play to them they cancelled and refunded me. Thank you.

Item not delivered . Asked for refund, but no response to this. Was told it was out for delivery, but tracking never moved since ordered.

No updates on my delivery and no response to emails I’ve sent. Not sure if I’ll receive my order. Feel like I’ve been scammed.

Dreadful. Poor quality and returns to China at my expense. Terrible customer service. 3-4 weeks between emails when responding.
Absolutely awful experience.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a hoodie on 21/03 with a delivery time of 7-10days, it finally arrived on 27/03 almost 5 weeks later as a birthday present which had long since come and gone. The item is no longer required but the company seem to be ignoring my request for return details and a refund.
Even if the item had arrived on time I would have returned it. The hoodie is cheap Chinese made polyester rubbish.
Edited to add: the date is now 05/04 and I still haven’t had information on how to return the hoodie only that if I do return it I will have to bear the cost of return myself. Appalling company.
