I ordered 2 bags - both square, leather and in light brown and blue. After waiting 5 weeks I received to bags that didn’t resemble what I ordered in the slightest. Both were in a very different shape than I ordered, made from some cheap synthetic felt material, the colours were dark brown and green and the quality over all was extremely poor. Threads were hanging off them and the zipper didn’t work. They both went straight to the bin.
I’ve tried contacting them but much to my surprise (NOT) they haven’t responded.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Ordered an illegitimate birkin bag, after waiting for three months for it to be delivered I got the biggest F U in my mail box, a small acrylic bag, not even looking like a birkin. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Very poor customer service scam company .Material are very cheap.

Poor customer relations unfortunately. Ordered mid October and paid a little extra for next day delivery to be told three days later the item would be four to six weeks. Was then told the item would be with us for Christmas which is wasn't. Then told we'd get tracking information before New Year, we didn't. Item was finally delivered 79 days after original due date.
Item does look good and so aesthetically pleasing but the quality is lacking (item not worth a third the price we paid) and the design issues are beyond me. It's a media unit and so pre-drilled apertures for cables to pass through should be there.
When it got to mid December I honestly thought we'd been scammed and that the item was never coming. I contracted my credit card company who agreed to reverse the charge and so I had the funds back in case the item never arrived.
After the item did arrive I was inundated with emails about re-paying. I explained I was still unsure as to whether keeping the item or not due to the quality but was then threatened with debt collectors if I didn't pay. We'll just ignore that by law I had a 30 day period to either pay or return the item.

Communication really good

We ordered 4 dining chairs and wanted to ensure the stock was available prior to buying.

The communication was excellent throughout and the responsiveness to the raised questions was more than satisfactory.

They even let us know the day before delivery that the delivery was going to be the next day.
