As an artist I love Orla Kiely, her story and design, and collections. Unfortunately I do not have enough budget to buy all I like, but I have couple bags which I like a lot. I was very pleased how fast and kind they changed a broken bag’s belt for me. I got my favourite travel small bag with me now.

Firstly my handbag is amazing and really good quality, but the strap broke a year later. I contacted customer services and without question they dispatched a new strap. This for me is a true representation of what customer services are and other companies could do well to follow Orla Kiely's example!

Be aware Orka kiely use Green fulfilment Ltd. Paid a high delivery charge of £4.95 for a hobbo bag...delivery is extremely slow. Then got a message from Evri to say my parcel had arrived damaged beyond repair and to contact Green fulfilment Ltd to arrange a refund. I ordered through Orla Kiely this is a mess!
How was my bag packaged to arrive like that?
Avoid! dreadful service all round and a pain to sort out a refund including postage.

It’s now February and my orders again taking ages to arrive despite saying “despatched” …… then crickets. More delays it seems for my latest orders now at 2 weeks; I am not sure they will arrive at all. I also had to chase a refund in late January after nearly two weeks of silence as well. Some of my emails to customer services have been ignored, and there’s no telephone number. Dear Orla, appreciate your beautiful designs …… but this is too stressful.

I ordered a bag from Orla Kiely, but after 10 days it still hadn’t arrived and I was informed that the package was lost. This was disappointing, as I didn’t expect this from such a well-known brand. The refund was offered by the company and processed quickly.
Although I was sad at first because I was really excited about the bag, it arrived unexpectedly later on, even though I hadn’t paid anything for it.
Many thanks to the customer service team, especially Jess, for their support. I hope to have better shopping experiences with Orla Kiely in the future.

I placed my order on the 9th of January 2026 and have still not received my order. I have been in touch with customer services via email nine times of which each time I have had to wait between 24 and 48 hours for a reply even after leaving my phone number and asking them to call me.
Their replies have been that the parcel has been sent. The parcel has been received. The parcel has been lost. They asked me last Wednesday if I still wanted the parcel and I confirmed my address with them and they said DPD were then going to take over the delivery and since then I still have heard nothing this is appalling service

I had ordered the wrong size as a gift and needed to arrange a return, but things got complicated with currency and location (all of which was on me and my travels, not Orla K).
The great news was that their customer service team—huge shout out to Jess—were open, informative, patient, and above all, really helpful: some of the best I've experienced on line.
Nice company to deal with!

I am a bit of a handbag junkie and have way more than I should and truly, when I carry one of my OK handbags, I get more compliments on it than another other bag I own! Friendly, courteous and highly responsive, I received replies to my messages within the hour and every aspect of my query was sorted out without fuss or difficulty.
