Orlando Villas Direct Reviews 

Me and my family 6 adults and 2children under 7 were due to fly to orlando florida in march 2020 for our first family holiday abroad, the trip of a life time, had our holiday cancelled due to covid 19 like many others, which is not our fault, villa direct will not refund us or change or extend our date for 2022 because (it's an act of god seriously??) which we have seen on other review sites where they say they will, they are not atol protected which we thought they would be or sympathetic to the current situation, so they are the winners in this pandemic and we are not, we want to re book our dream holiday for our girls they were so excite. 2021 is not going to be possible because we are still under lockdowns so offering 2022 would surely be in their best Interest, we cant understand why they wont accommodate, upsetting and sad and wont ever make the mistake of not checking for atol protection again

Dont trust this company . Wasnt able to travel for our holiday due to pandemic travel ban . We paid full amount for villa , came up with act of god rubbish!! Ripped us off ,stay well clear !!

Amazing Holiday, unlike many other Companies which allocate on arrival you actually get the Villa you choose on the website. We selected a Villa in Reunion and it was stunning. We are a family of four though it could have accommodated two or three families comfortably. Facilities were all you could wish for, pool, games room, flat screens in all rooms, BBQ, great location being set within three championship golf courses, 5 mins to the shops and 10 minutes to the parks. It really did turn out to be a holiday of a lifetime, thanks guys.

We've just returned from Orlando having had the best family holiday ever!! Everything was superb. The house (at Windsor at Westside) was outstanding​, so modern and clean with great facilities for all the family. The resort was fantastic: the shared pool with a lazy river was a great way to spend some 'chill out' time, and the club bar/restaurant was served by very friendly and helpful staff and the food was pretty good there too! We couldn't fault the staff at Orlando Villas Direct either, or at the local management company for being on hand to answer the questions we had. Just would like to say a massive thank you to Mick at Orlando Villas Direct for taking the time to talk us through the different options. Would highly recommend booking with these guys and we hope to return there soon!!

I would not hesitate to use Orlando Villas Direct our next trip to Orlando. Their communication was awesome and they can be reached 24 hours a day in an emergency. Everything was as they said it would be. We especially liked Windsor Palms as they have a beautiful well kept Clubhouse as part of their community pool.

Although we knew exactly where we wanted to stay, Orlando Villas Direct helped to find us the best possible accommodation within our chosen resort. We were provided with detailed directions and information which provided us with a hassle free arrival after a long flight. Would definitely recommend!

Searching online for good price villa found Orlando Villas Direct. Amazing company, had reservations to begin with as a small company but I need not have worried. Staff were amazing. Chose a villa for me on my description phoned back when they said they would. Made it a simple process to book. When we arrived at the Villa we were thrilled. Try them you won't be disappointed

Found booking the villa easy and lots of information provided to make choice. Was a little disappointed I had to sign to say I'd pay for damages when we arrived even though I had taken out the extra cover but villa was great and would definitely go back. The only other niggle was that there was no welcome pack with info so we had to contact management company with questions.

I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to,I was very nervous about booking a villa in Orlando you hear so many horror stories then i came across Orlando villas direct,they are a uk company which made me feel better as you can speak to someone directly and that understands what your talking about,I spoke to both olly and Simon on many occasions and they were just amazing,they gave me invaluable advice and were on hand anytime I needed to ask a question(which was quite alot!) they have a great range of villas in many areas which they have stayed at themselves which also made me feel alot better, They all know the area extremely well and as first timers in Orlando I found this such a great help. I would highly recommend booking with them and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. A big thank you to both olly and Simon.

OVD are a great personable company to deal with, we had an issue out in Florida with our villa, however due to the way the issue was dealt with we would have problem in booking with them again. OVD were on the ball and helping to resolve the problem, its great to know that they dont ditch their clients after the villa is paid for. Their support was much appreciated at the time, our issue was resolved with 100% satisfaction and we will use them again.

I booked a 4 bedroom executive Villa to be allocated on arrival at Tuscan Hills through Orlando Villas direct. I found the booking process to very simple and fast. I only had to make contact with the team to get the address for my ESTAs. I found the agents very helpful. The actual Villa was stunning, it was everything I had expected and more. We had no issues at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Orlando Villa direct to family and friends. A job very well done

I am a travel agent and I was reluctant to book on line with a company I had never heard off. From the moment we booked to the day we checked out the villa everything was excellent. Thank you and I will defiantly recommend you to others. I loved the fact I could pay more to choose to been on a named estate rather than allocated on arrival like most other companies.
