The website clearly says satisfaction guaranteed with money back, no questions asked.” I reached out to customer service and they refused to allow a return. They would not give me the address to return them to. They also refused an exchange. They did offer 10% off my next purchase, but I will never purchase from them again.

I bought three pairs of sandals and paid $108.00 for them; the material quality is very cheap, and they look nothing like they do in the commercial. I don't think they're worth even $10.00 a pair. I tried to return them, but to my surprise, there is no feasible way to process a return—not even a phone number to contact anyone. This company is clearly a scam. It’s disheartening; I hate to think how many more people will fall into their trap before someone puts a stop to it.

I would give it no stars but you have to choose at least one. I purchased the Orthopedic Gladiator Sandals from them. They fit the length of my feet but there's so much room between my feet and the top of the shoes, my feet slide right through hanging my toes onto the ground! Guess I should have researched the company before purchasing. It is a huge scam. These shoes were over $50 and of course "the cost of shipping them back internationally" is outrageous! They did offer a measly 10% refund. Their website doesn't even come work.

Ordered three shirts. Not the same style that was shown. Different material. Think it’s too late to return and read that you don’t get a full refund. SCAM!!! Stay away!!!!!!!!!

Think twice before ordering from Orlenasd.com. This is an overseas company that promises a quality product and a refund of the product price only or an exchange if the customer orders the wrong size. In my experience, the shoe size ordered ended up being too small and was not the wide, quality orthopedic shoe promised. There is no customer service phone number provided on the Orlenasd.com website, and the email address given in the "Contact Us" and "Refund Policy" sections is a nonworking address that will bounce back. I did eventually find an email address on their homepage that worked. Upon requesting a return, I was told that since the shoes matched their size guide and overseas shipping was too expensive, the shoes could not be returned.
