I requested a withdrawal of €500 over 10 business days ago and it is still pending.
I have used this casino before and received payments without issues, but this time the situation is completely different.
Support has been mostly unavailable, and the only explanation I received is that Visa/Mastercard is “not working”. They are now asking me to cancel my withdrawal and switch to cryptocurrency, which is very concerning.
This creates a serious lack of trust, as it feels like unnecessary delays and pressure to change the withdrawal method.
I expect my withdrawal to be processed immediately using the original method, without further excuses.
If this issue is not resolved जल्द, I will consider escalating this further and warning other users.
