Welcome bonus a total rip-off

Withdrawal took way too long, not happy
I won a decent bit on some free spins a couple of days ago and wanted to withdraw it to my crypto wallet. The site looked alright and the games loaded fine, so I figured it'd be a smooth process. They said it would take a few hours but it’s been three days now and the money still hasn't shown up. When I contacted support yesterday, they just sent a generic message saying it's 'being processed'. Not impressed with the wait times at all.
