Scam! They take your money then don’t send the order. I’ve emailed / messaged them on instagram & they just ignore you.
My bank have refunded me the money & they’ve had the cheek to challenge the claim!!! So, they expect you to pay for items they don’t send. STAY AWAY!!!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ORDERED AN ITEM, NEVER TURNED UP AND HAD NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY EMAILS

Do not order, it’s a scam. Item not received and all messages and emails have been ignored!

This website is a scam, never received my order nor the refund only empty excuses. Don’t waste your money.

Awful!!! I didn’t receive my order since 3 months already and no answer from them, i didn’t receive my refund. I am completely disappointed they are scam do not buy anything from them.

Haven't recieved 1 item out of My order apparently its gone "missing" they said. But won't send me the tracking number to look into myself and won't answer any of my messages even though I can see they've read them

Items were never delivered, the 'customer service team' advised me they would send out a form to fill out regarding the missing parcel, this was never sent despite me messaging them and getting ignored.
Their idea of customer service is to ignore anyone who has an issue with their order.

My card issuer has now been informed as they have not met consumer law.

Paid £56 plus postage for a hoodie for my wife for Christmas. Very slow sending it out, received after 2 weeks. Worn and washed once and all the lettering came off on a standard cycle. Emailed, messaged their Instagram and commented on a picture. Refused to email back or message back and also deleted the comment on the picture. I’m guessing I won’t be getting a replacement or a refund. Absolutely poor from this company and I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.
