Wrong size sent. Refused to take back shoes and give me a full refund with return mailing costs at their expense. Wanted to give me back only 30% of what I paid. NOT ACCEPTABLE. . WANTED MY MONEY BACK
Cheap imitation. Shipped the shoes in plastic bags and no boxes resulting in crushed product by the time the package arrived. And they NEVER provided complete return instructions, no matter how many times I ask (5 times). The 30 day refund window was closed and still no return instructions. I later learned the return address was in China so not possible to return within 30 days.Instead they offered to let me keep them for 20% refund even though they advertise on the order confirmation Satisfaction Guaranteed 100%. Very Dishonest.
I ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived promptly but did not fit. There was no size imprinted on the shoe and when I place them beside a pair of shoes that fits, the were short about an inch. Despite advertising a 30 day refund, Orthavue would not give me a refund because they said that I received the size I ordered despite my saying that they did not fit.
I'm fairly certain that Orthavue used to be called Orthoture. The Orthoture URL now goes to Orthavue. Please read their reviews. They are thieves and liars. I returned their inferior shoes at my expense and was promised a full refund which I did not receive. Do not be fooled and do not do business with them under any circumstances.
