My daughter bought some sandals from Orthostride.
They did not fit. She sent them back.
She’s been trying to get her money back since September.
She and I have been sending emails to a ROBERT GREEN.
There is an autoreply saying that he will get back to you.
HE DOESN’T.
I wish we’d looked at Trustpilot before buying the sandals.
They’ve got ONE five star review. The rest are ONE star.

I too had problems, shoes too small. I made the mistake of sending them back because there was a Return address on the packaging. Now I have no money, and no shoes to at least flog on eBay. As suggested by Julie (17 Nov 24) I wrote to the company at the address on the Companies House website but a month later I have heard nothing so have just emailed Companies House today. I am hoping that because Orthostride is UK-registered they might be able to help. Thank you anyway Julie for your post - appreciated it - it was a good starting-point.
I'm on a mission to get my refund!
SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER. If I could give zero stars I would. If you paid via PayPal or credit card get your money back.
Scam do not buy - shoes never arrived
This is a scam - the shoes never arrived. Please look at the other reviews; I wish I had. Fortunately I had bought with Paypal who automatically refunded me as soon as I submitted a claim so they must have the measure of this company. If you have been scammed by them please seek a refund via your card issuer or payment method, don't let them get away with it.
Scam company
Scam company. Took a month to arrive. Nothing special about the shoes. Just cheap trainers from china with the branding ‘new fashion sport’. No response from customer service. Gutted I got sucked in.
Returns
Wanted to return an item, automated replies continuously. This company should not be allowed to operate the way they do
VERY poor product and no communications or returns
The product was VERY sub standard quality and the company do not reply to attempts to start their returns process (which I assume doesnt exist) and NEVER reply to emails or complaints

I contacted the company for returns several times but I receive the same holding email automated reply. Purchase was beginning of October, I emailed on the 16th to process the return which on the order terms were within a month so was well in time but no customer care reply or refund! Scam company!!

I bought shoes from them. They were reduced but still £44 . The delivery took almost 4 weeks, when they arrived they were the size of a child though I ordered size 9. I contacted them 3 times regarding refund etc. that was in October, now 4 weeks later, I still have not heard from them except automated emails claiming their customer support were very busy....I doubt they actually care.

I bought a pair of shoes for my father. They arrived but were too small. Like everyone on here we couldn’t get a return address. I rang the CAB. They advised me to write to the address on the Companies House website for Orthostride Ltd and send it recoded.I told them I had sought advice and said I wanted an immediate resolution or I would take it further. This was Thursday last week and I already have the refund in my bank. EVERYONE PLEASE TRY THIS IT SHOULD WORK FOR YOU TOO. Good luck.
Do not buy from this vendor!!
I want to return a pair of walking shoes as they do not fit and are uncomfortable. I have emailed multiple times and sent messages via the website but they have ignored me completely.
No way to send them back. SCAM
Shoes took a long time to arrive. When they did arrive they were miles too small. I straight away contacted them to try to return.
I got what i thought was a reassuring reply from “Robert Green" explaining that they were experiencing a backlog and staff holidays.
I waited another two weeks then recontacted them only to get the same reply. No way of sending them back. Not happy!!!
I paid for the shoes
I paid for the shoes , 12 days later they arrived. Company took my money , ordered them from Temu and got them delivered to me . I paid £55.00 , from temu they sent me those shoes for £12.99 . Absolute joke this company.
Returning them was a hassle , Big Big Hassle . I had to pay return postage from my pocket .
Someone from Leicester is conning people . Avoid this company. This company is selling you stuff from Temu.
