I bought an Ortlieb bag 1.5 years ago and recently the zip became damaged and Ortlieb replaced the bag quickly.

The bagpack is high quality, convenient and looks great. It is really nice to wear riding on a bicycle. The delivery was super fast: I've ordered in the morning, received in the afternoon!

I have found through reviews on similar items that Ortlieb makes THE best bicycle bags (google!) and I ordered a set of two black waterproof rack-attached ones that can be used separately too. It was a present for my bf birthday. He is so happy ever since, he had a dream of not having his backpack on his back while riding to and from work, and now this dream came true. It is super convenient easy to attach and take out of the rack (he doesn't leave it on the bike), there is a handy handle for carrying it with you (he just puts the whole backpack inside and that's it). We already had a special tool (bike hand) for adjusting the hook in the bottom of the back so that it hooks better to the bike, but if you don't have one, you might need one. They also give spare plastic details for making the upper hooks diameter proper size in case the diameter is too big. Waterproof 100%, robust, and the delivery was like in 1 day really! Logistics top level! I had things ordered earlier than Ortlieb from other companies but Ortlieb arrived FIRST!) Can't be happier for this purchase! Thank you!

Damage on the foam on the back one week after buying it . Everything else is as expected.

Good bag, easy to use and all round works

As mum and dad who love carfree in Europe we have had many, many bags. This new model by Ortlieb though, rain or shine, is a biking parent's best friend. I can imagine as on office commuter also I would take this bag and then also the convenience commuter pack insert.

The backpack itself is excellent, it's friendly to use in rain and provides ridges aiding draining so by the time you've ridden through the storm, your back is already ventilated dry (sometimes). The straps are very comfortable on mine and my wife's bag and I am very big and she is quite small. So the adjustability in practical terms is great.

All the tech spec is exact what you expect from Ortlieb, perfect seems, good buckles, good pannier clips.

Good bag with some flaws.
The bag itself holds everything quite nicely. I would prefer it to be thinner a bit. Also, it tends to change shape too much depending on load. I would suggest to make firm plate to be a bit bigger on top, so the bag holds shape better.
