Luther just arranged a replacement for a fixed-term mortgage that he sorted for us five years ago. He went above and beyond then (during Covid) to secure us a mortgage when our bank had shut entire departments and were not responding to our requests!

More plain sailing this time, but our requirements are still a little unusual. Luther listened to our needs and ideas then after considering that what we thought we wanted wasn't the best option he came back with several choices.
